Agrees to two-year deal
Reynolds has agreed to a two-year extension with the Lions, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Per the report, the deal carries a maximum value of $12 million. Reynolds, who began the 2021 season with the Titans, joined the Lions as a waiver claim in November and proceeded to catch 19 passes for 206 yards and two touchdowns over seven games for Detroit. Garafolo indicates that retaining the 2017 fourth-rounder was something the team wanted to get done before free agency, and the Lions will likely continue to add wideout depth as the offseason unfolds.

Quiet end to season
Reynolds caught one of three targets for 11 yards during Sunday's 37-30 win over the Packers.
Analysis: Reynolds was back in the starting lineup after missing Week 17 while he was on the reserve/COVID-19 list. As per usual, he logged a majority of the available offensive snaps. However, Amon-Ra St. Brown remained the focal point of the passing game, while Reynolds experienced a dip from the six targets he averaged in his previous five games. Even though Reynolds had a quiet end to his season, he still proved to be a solid fit with Detroit upon being granted his release from Tennessee mid-season.…read more

Playing in Week 18
Reynolds (thigh) is active for Sunday's game against the Packers.
Analysis: Tacked onto the Lions' final Week 18 practice report Friday as limited due to a thigh injury, Reynolds will gut it out as he welcomes Jared Goff (knee) back to the lineup for the first time in three contests. Previously teammates with the Rams, Reynolds and Goff connected 16 times for 259 yards and two touchdowns on 23 attempts between Weeks 12 and 15.

Added to injury report
Reynolds (thigh) was added to the injury report Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Green Bay, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Analysis: Reynolds dealt with a thigh injury in December before missing last week's game on the reserve/COVID-19 list. This is likely the same issue cropping up again, though it didn't cost him any games the first time. If Reynolds is out, Kalif Raymond is the favorite for regular snaps alongside Amon-Ra St. Brown, with Trinity Benson and KhaDarel Hodge also in the mix. Reynolds put up a goose egg in his first outing for the Lions, but he's since averaged 3.6 catches for 59.0 yards and 0.4 TDs on 6.0…read more

Cleared for Week 18
The Lions activated Reynolds (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
Analysis: Though Reynolds wasn't able to clear the NFL's COVID-19 return-to-play protocol ahead of Sunday's eventual 51-29 loss to the Seahawks like Detroit head coach Dan Campbell initially hoped, the 26-year-old is on track to rejoin the lineup for this weekend's season finale versus the Packers. Regardless of whether Jared Goff (knee) or Tim Boyle starts at quarterback Week 18, look for Reynolds to serve as no better than the No. 2 option in the passing attack behind rookie wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown,…read more

Not available Week 17
Reynolds (illness) won't be available for Sunday's game in Seattle after the Lions didn't activate him from the reserve/COVID-19 list prior to Saturday's deadline for week 17 roster moves, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Analysis: Detroit will be without two of its top three wideouts in Reynolds and Kalif Raymond, who also tested positive for the virus Thursday. Head coach Dan Campbell had been hopeful that Reynolds would be able to test out of the NFL's COVID-19 return-to-play protocol before Sunday's contest, but the wideout is apparently still symptomatic after a five-day quarantine. With Reynolds and Raymond out, more reps should be available for Tom Kennedy, KhaDarel Hodge and Trinity Benson behind No. 1 wideout…read more

Could return this weekend
Lions head coach Dan Campbell said Friday he expects that Reynolds (illness) will be activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Analysis: Reynolds landed on the list Monday but may be able to rejoin the active roster without missing a game. The 26-year-old took a step back Week 16 with only two receptions for 36 yards with Tim Boyle starting at quarterback in Detroit's loss to Atlanta. If activated, Reynolds will have to make do again with Boyle, who is expected to draw another start with Jared Goff (knee) listed as doubtful for Sunday's contest.

Goes on COVID-19 list
The Lions placed Reynolds (illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
Analysis: Reynolds' move to the list was merely a formality after head coach Dan Campbell confirmed earlier in the day that the wideout tested positive for the virus. If he's vaccinated, Reynolds will have a chance to test out of the protocols ahead of Sunday's game in Seattle, though his availability for that contest is far from certain.

Recovering from positive COVID test
Lions head coach Dan Campbell said Reynolds tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.
Analysis: Detroit is expected to formally place Reynolds on the reserve/COVID-19 list at some point in the next couple of days. If he's vaccinated, Reynolds will have a chance to test out of the protocols ahead of Sunday's game in Seattle, though his availability for that contest is far from a given. Poor chemistry with backup QB
Reynolds caught two of seven targets for 36 yards during Sunday's 20-16 loss to Atlanta.
Analysis: Reynolds caught 13 of 18 targets over the past three games with Jared Goff (COVID-19) under center, but the chemistry wasn't there with backup QB Tim Boyle under center. Instead, Amon-Ra St. Brown kept rolling in an underneath slot role that has earned him 11 targets in each of the past four weeks. While Reynolds should remain Detroit's top downfield threat down the stretch, expectations for his production should be dampened if Goff is unable to return in Week 17 against Seattle.

Suiting up in Week 16
Reynolds (thigh) is listed active Sunday in Atlanta.
Analysis: As he did last week, Reynolds followed up three straight limited listings on injury reports and a questionable designation with active standing once game day arrived. Only this time, he'll be operating with Tim Boyle instead of Jared Goff (illness), who remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list. In his only NFL start back in Week 11 at Cleveland, Boyle mustered 77 yards on 23 pass attempts, so Reynolds and the rest of the Lions receivers may be in store for subdued performances.

Gets Week 16 questionable tag
The Lions list Reynolds (thigh) as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
Analysis: Reynolds was able to practice in a limited capacity all week, which seemingly bodes well for his chances of getting the green light to play Sunday, despite his designation. Rather than the thigh issue, the more troubling development for Reynolds' Week 16 outlook is the likelihood that Tim Boyle will be stepping in at quarterback for regular starter Jared Goff (illness), who isn't expected to be activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list prior to game day. Boyle managed only 77 passing yards on 23…read more

Reps capped again
Reynolds (thigh) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Analysis: Reynolds was limited for the second straight day and the fourth consecutive practice overall, but the Lions have yet to suggest the thigh issue will put him at risk of sitting out Sunday in Atlanta. He concluded last week with a pair of limited practices and was listed as questionable ahead of the Lions' game against the Cardinals, but he suited up and finished with six receptions for 68 yards and a touchdown in Detroit's upset victory. Still limited at practice
Reynolds was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to a thigh injury.
Analysis: Reynolds capped last week with back-to-back limited sessions and was handed a questionable designation for this past Sunday's game against Arizona. He proceeded to suit up and handle a slightly reduced workload (63 percent of offensive snaps) on his way to hauling in all six of his targets for 68 yards and one touchdown in the 30-12 win. Reynolds will have two more chances this week to bump up to full activity, or else he'll risk entering another weekend with a game-day designation.

Second TD of season
Reynolds caught six of six targets for 68 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 30-12 win over Arizona.
Analysis: Settling in as a top option in the passing offense, Reynolds now has five targets and 50 receiving yards in four straight games. While Amon-Ra St. Brown is stealing the spotlight with his large role in the underneath passing game, Reynolds' perimeter role is less likely to be affected by the potential return of pass-catching running backs D'Andre Swift (shoulder) and Jamaal Williams (illness) in the near future. Active in Week 15
Reynolds (thigh) is listed as active Sunday against the Cardinals.
Analysis: After ending Week 15 prep with back-to-back limited showings in practice and getting tagged as questionable, Reynolds will play through a thigh issue. His previous rapport with Jared Goff when both were members of the Rams has yielded fruit, with the pair connecting on 10 of 17 passes for 191 yards and one touchdown over the last three contests. No other Lion has more receiving yards during that stretch (Amon-Ra St. Brown is second at 182 yards).

Questionable to face Arizona
Reynolds (thigh) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Analysis: Reynolds wasn't on the injury report at the start of the week, but it's a good sign he managed a limited practice Friday after being added to the report Thursday (also as LP). He's been starting and handling an every-down role for the Lions, averaging 2.5 catches for 47.8 yards on 5.0 targets over the past four games. An absence this Sunday would free up snaps for Kalif Raymond and possibly Tom Kennedy, KhaDarel Hodge or Trinity Benson.

Dealing with thigh injury
Reynolds was limited at Thursday's practice due to a thigh issue.
Analysis: Reynolds is making a sudden appearance on the Lions' Week 15 injury report, which occasionally implies a health concern picked up during the week and potentially even on the practice field. Friday's report could clear up his status in advance of Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Since getting blanked on three targets in his debut with Detroit in Week 11, Reynolds has gathered in 10 of 17 targets for 191 yards and one touchdown over the last three contests.

Three catches in loss
Reynolds caught three of five targets for 52 yards in Sunday's 38-10 loss to the Broncos.
Analysis: While he didn't see a lot of volume, Reynolds was able to make a bit of an impact as a downfield option for Jared Goff. The wideout has topped 50 yards in three straight games, posting a 10-191-1 line on 17 targets over that stretch and giving him some deep-league fantasy appeal heading into a Week 15 clash with the Cardinals.

Totals 69 yards
Reynolds caught four of seven targets for 69 yards during Sunday's 29-27 win over Minnesota.
Analysis: Reynolds got open for a number of decent gains and ultimately finished third in targets behind T.J. Hockenson and rookie receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, who set season highs in nearly every receiving category. However, St. Brown primarily worked underneath whereas Reynolds again seemed like the top perimeter option. Bounces back against Bears
Reynolds caught three of five targets for 70 yards and one touchdown during Thursday's 16-14 loss to Chicago.
Analysis: Reynolds started the month as a healthy scratch in Tennessee but has finished it as arguably Detroit's No. 1 wide receiver. While his upside figures to be capped as long as Jared Goff is throwing him passes, Reynolds at least seems to have a strong rapport with the former No. 1 overall pick thanks to the four years they spent together in Los Angeles. Forgettable Lions debut
Reynolds saw three targets but did not record a catch during Sunday's 13-10 loss to Cleveland.
Analysis: The bright side is that Reynolds has immediately ascended to the top of Detroit's depth chart after being claimed off waivers less than two weeks ago, logging 41 of 46 offensive snaps and seeing three of the eight targets that were directed to wide receivers. The flip side is that no Detroit receiver was productive with backup Tim Boyle under center, and it didn't help that Reynolds also dropped a pass, committed an offensive pass interference penalty and displayed questionable effort on more…read more

Golden opportunity in Detroit
Reynolds could realistically finish the season as the Lions' top wideout, Benjamin Raven of MLive.com reports.
Analysis: Detroit's ill-fated offseason plan to lean on Tyrell Williams (concussion) and Breshad Perriman as its starting receivers has gone about as poorly as possible. While the 5-foot-8 Kalif Raymond has flashed a couple of times this year as the de-facto No. 1 wide receiver in their stead, it's fair to wonder how many other teams would even consider Raymond for a key offensive role -- especially since this is the first time in six years he's reached 10 receptions in a season. Analysis: Reynolds was a healthy scratch for Week 10 after he was claimed off waivers by the Lions on Wednesday. However, he'll make his team debut against Cleveland in Week 11. The 26-year-old appeared in five games with the Titans earlier in the year and hauled in 10 of 13 targets for 90 yards.

Analysis: The location gives him a path to playing time and targets, though Reynolds also had a nice opportunity in Tennessee and failed to take advantage while both A.J. Analysis: Tennessee signed Reynolds to a one-year, $1.75 million deal this offseason in the hope he would become a reliable No. 3 option at wideout behind A.J. Brown and Julio Jones, but that plan never came to fruition. Before being a healthy scratch last week against his former Rams squad, the 26-year-old appeared in five games for the Titans and produced a 10-90-0 receiving line on 13 targets. Reynolds (illness) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest at Indianapolis, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Analysis: An offseason signing of the Titans, Reynolds' playing time has been sporadic, as he's been active four times in seven games on his way to 10 catches (on 13 targets) for 90 yards and no touchdowns. Racks up 23 yards
Reynolds recorded three receptions on three targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 27-3 win over the Chiefs.
Analysis: Reynolds has had an inconsistent start to his tenure with the Titans, though he now has multiple receptions in two of his last three games. He benefited from the absence of Chester Rogers (groin) and worked primarily in short areas of the field, with his longest reception of the day going for 11 yards. Reynolds may work behind Rogers when he can return, but Reynolds appears to have moved ahead of Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Marcus Johnson for the time being.

Reynolds recorded one reception on one target for eight yards in Sunday's win over the Jaguars.

Analysis: Reynolds made his debut with the Titans after being slowed by a foot injury and serving as a healthy scratch through three weeks of the season. However, he immediately occupied a big role in the offense and was out-targeted by only Jeremy McNichols. Should rejoin wideout group Week 4
Reynolds is expected to be active for Sunday's game against the Jets with the statuses of fellow wideouts A.J. Brown (hamstring) and Julio Jones (leg) in doubt for the contest, Michael Gallagher of NashvillePost.com reports.

Analysis: With that, he's in line to return for Week 2 at Seattle, after missing the team's season-opening blowout loss to Arizona. Sinks on depth chart
Reynolds' projected role has diminished since the Titans acquired Julio Jones, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Reynolds spent the first four seasons of his career buried on the Rams' depth chart behind Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods, as well as Sammy Watkins and Brandin Cooks at various points. It appeared that he was destined for a bigger role after joining the Titans in the offseason, but the team's recent addition of Jones calls into question how many targets Reynolds may see as a member of a run-heavy offense. Analysis: A 2017 fourth-round pick, Reynolds started 24 of 64 games in four seasons with the Rams, maxing out at five touchdowns (2018) and 618 yards (2020). He profiles as the No. 2 receiver on Tennessee's roster, though he'll likely be a downgrade from Corey Davis, who signed with the Jets last week. The Titans still could use more help behind A.J. Brown at wide receiver, especially given that TE Jonnu Smith (Patriots) also is gone.

Likely hitting free-agent market
Reynolds isn't expected to sign an extension with the Rams, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: While the 25-year-old receiver finished the season with career-high totals in receptions (52), receiving yards (618) and offensive snaps (803), he never fully took advantage of his role as the No. 3 receiver in the offense. Reynolds was viewed as a possible deep threat but only had one reception for over 40 yards, and he matched his yard-per-target mark of 7.6 from the previous two seasons. He should receive some attention in the free-agent market, but Reynolds is unlikely to elevate beyond…read more

Leads way with 65 yards
Reynolds recorded three receptions on four targets for 65 yards in the Rams' divisional-round loss to the Packers on Saturday.
Analysis: Reynolds saw an increased role in the absence of Cooper Kupp (knee) and took advantage by leading the team in receiving yards. He operated effectively over the middle of the field, racking up receptions of 28 and 21 yards. After recording 52 receptions for 618 yards and two touchdowns across 16 games in the regular season, Reynolds will hit the free-agent market for the first time in his career this offseason.

Not targeted against Seahawks
Reynolds played 43 of 73 offensive snaps but didn't receive a target during Saturday's 30-20 win over Seattle.
Analysis: The Rams only attempted 25 passes and completed just 12 of them, so there wasn't a lot of work available for Reynolds and the rest of the receiving corps. While Los Angeles may need to air it out more often in the divisional round against the Packers, Reynolds has been held to just 22 receptions for 202 yards over the past eight games. The fourth-year receiver is likely best viewed as a high-risk, medium-reward fantasy option Saturday.

Hauls in four passes
Reynolds caught four of his six targets for 29 yards during Sunday's 18-7 win over Arizona.
Analysis: There were more looks in the passing attack with Cooper Kupp (illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list, but it was rookie Van Jefferson who received the more notable statistical uptick. While Reynolds set career-high marks in receptions (52), receiving yards (618) and offensive snaps (748) this season, the fourth-year receiver wasn't able to carve out a consistent enough role in the Los Angeles offense to be a reliable asset in most settings. Garners team-high 10 looks
Reynolds caught six of 10 targets for 65 yards and rushed once for five yards during Sunday's 20-9 loss to Seattle.
Analysis: After receiving just four targets over the previous three games, this was a noticeable boost in opportunities for Reynolds. However, his Week 17 outlook probably isn't favorable after quarterback Jared Goff (thumb) underwent surgery Monday. If Goff is unable to suit up, backup QB John Walford projects to start, but Walford hasn't seen competitive action since the 2019 preseason. Looking ahead to 2021, it's worth noting that Reynolds is in the final year of his rookie contract.

Targets continue to decline
Reynolds caught both of his targets for nine yards during Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Jets.
Analysis: After being targeted 39 times during a five-game stretch from Week 7 through 12, Reynolds has just four receptions for 36 yards on five targets the past three weeks. The Rams are utilizing 12 personnel more frequently, and the fourth-year wide receiver's numbers have taken a noticeable hit as a result. It's likely best to consider Reynolds a desperation start in the majority of fantasy settings Week 16.

Quiet in win over Pats
Reynolds made a six-yard reception during Thursday's 24-3 win over New England. He played 35 offensive snaps and was targeted twice.
Analysis: Reynolds dropped an accurate pass from quarterback Jared Goff in the second quarter before securing his only other target with Los Angeles up, 17-3, in the third frame. The Rams went on to score during the same drive, and then Goff only attempted three passes in the fourth quarter. Reynolds has been limited to just two receptions for 27 yards over the past two weeks, and with L.A. rushing effectively in 12 personnel during the noted stretch, the fourth-year receiver's targets and snaps could…read more

Garners single target in win
Reynolds caught his only target for 21 yards during Sunday's 38-28 win over Arizona.
Analysis: The fourth-year receiver saw his playing time decrease Sunday with rookie Van Jefferson playing two more offensive snaps and receiving four more targets. It's likely a sign of things to come, as Reynolds is in the final year of his rookie contract. A second-round selection in the 2020 NFL Draft, Jefferson is also probably a more promising talent. Still, Reynolds isn't going to disappear from the offensive game plan, and it's most likely he and Jefferson see a similar snap and target share…read more

Targets keep piling up
Reynolds caught five of six targets for 40 yards during Sunday's 23-20 loss to San Francisco.
Analysis: The fourth-year receiver has turned 39 targets into 24 receptions for 262 yards and a touchdown through the past five games. Those numbers don't jump off the page, but Reynolds is still proving to be a serviceable asset in deep fantasy settings. Additionally, while fellow wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods have higher ceilings, Reynolds' production floor has been consistent during the noted stretch.

Garners six more targets in win
Reynolds caught three of six targets for 32 yards during Monday's 27-24 win over Tampa Bay.
Analysis: The fourth-year receiver is up to a respectable 19 receptions, 222 yards and a touchdown on 33 targets over the past four weeks. While he didn't deliver a big fantasy showing Monday, Reynolds remained involved and actually played the second most offensive snaps (65 of 72) among Los Angeles wide receivers. Leading receiver against Seattle
Reynolds caught eight of 10 targets for 94 yards in Sunday's 23-16 win over the Seahawks.
Analysis: While the Rams did all their scoring on the ground with three TD runs from inside the 10-yard line, they moved the ball effectively through the air, and Reynolds surprisingly led the team in catches, targets and yards while posting more receiving yards than Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods combined. Reynolds will likely have a hard time putting together a repeat performance in Week 11 on the road against the Buccaneers, however.

Four more grabs in loss
Reynolds brought in four of nine targets for 44 yards in the Rams' 28-17 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.
Analysis: Six days after seeing a season-high eight targets against the Bears, Reynolds beat that tally by one Sunday while also equaling his season high in receptions. The fourth-year wideout drew even with Gerald Everett for a distant second on the day in looks behind Cooper Kupp's astounding 21, and it appears his profile in the air attack is on the upswing. Reynolds will be a player to monitor in Week 10 against the Seahawks following a Week 9 bye.

Scores once again
Reynolds caught four of eight targets for 52 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 24-10 win over the Bears.
Analysis: Reynolds led the Rams in targets and receiving yards while finding the end zone for the second straight game. Compared to his 40-yarder in Week 6, however, Reynolds' score Monday came from just four yards out. Nonetheless, with at least 45 receiving yards in four of his last five outings, Reynolds is building decent steam ahead of this Sunday's game against the Dolphins, with his recent touchdowns adding extra interest.

Finally finds pay dirt
Reynolds caught two of his five targets for 45 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 24-16 loss to San Francisco.
Analysis: The score was Reynolds' first of the season and came with just 3:24 left in the fourth quarter to bring the Rams within one score of the 49ers. The catch also was all the more impressive because the fourth-year receiver fought through pass interference from 49ers cornerback Emmanuel Moseley to haul in the 40-yard deep ball. Still looking for first score
Reynolds caught two of four targets for 46 yards during Sunday's 30-10 win over Washington.
Analysis: Despite being the clear No. 3 receiver for the Rams, Reynolds isn't making much of a fantasy impact. He played 49 of 68 offensive snaps Sunday, but there are just too many weapons in the Los Angeles offense for him to pad his stat line. As it stands, it'll likely take an injury to Cooper Kupp or Robert Woods for Reynolds to be a reliable factor in the passing attack. Clear No. 3 receiver
Reynolds caught three of four targets for 25 yards during Sunday's 17-9 win over the Giants. He played 30 of 57 offensive snaps.
Analysis: After splitting time with rookie Van Jefferson through the first two weeks of the season, Reynolds has played 92 offensive snaps to Jefferson's 11 the past two games. Reynolds is clearly the No. 3 wide receiver on the depth chart for the time being, and while it hasn't translated into significant fantasy production, the fourth-year wideout has a respectable seven receptions for 85 yards through the past two weeks. Reynolds (illness) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Kevin Modesti of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Analysis: Reynolds didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness, but it looks as though he's already returned to full health. Comes down with illness
Reynolds didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness, Kevin Modesti of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Analysis: Among players not named Cam Akers (ribs) on the Rams' Week 4 injury report, coach Sean McVay expects everyone to play Sunday versus the Giants. Reynolds has been afforded a significant workload -- including 90 percent of the plays on offense Week 3 in Buffalo -- en route to seven catches (on eight targets) for 110 yards through three games. Look for his status to be clarified by week's end.

Plays season-high 62 snaps
Reynolds caught four of his five targets for 60 yards during Sunday's 35-32 loss to Buffalo.
Analysis: This was Reynolds' best showing of the year, and he also played a season-high 62 offensive snaps. Rookie receiver Van Jefferson appeared on the verge of leapfrogging Reynolds on the depth chart, but Sunday's snap share favored the third-year wideout by a large margin as Jefferson only played eight offensive snaps. Still, Reynolds is a risky start in the majority of fantasy settings, and Jefferson is also probably the better long-term option for the Rams.

Just two catches against Eagles
Reynold caught both his targets for 33 yards during Sunday's 37-19 win over Philadelphia.
Analysis: The fourth-year receiver's two targets ranked sixth on the team and fourth among wideouts, so while Reynolds played a respectable 42 of 69 offensive snaps, he didn't have a significant impact. Additionally, with rookie Van Jefferson impressing again Sunday, Reynolds could quickly see himself relegated to fourth on the wide receiver depth chart and playing less. Barring an injury to another Los Angeles receiver, Reynolds' fantasy value probably is on the decline.

Reynolds had a 17-yard reception and played 37 of 73 offensive snaps during Sunday's 20-17 win over Dallas.
Analysis: The Cowboys stopped Reynolds at the two-yard line on his only reception, so had he found the end zone, his fantasy day would have obviously been much better. As it was, running back Malcolm Brown scored on the next play. Reynolds also nearly split playing time with rookie receiver Van Jefferson, with the latter playing 33 offensive snaps. Reynolds is projected to begin the 2020 season as the Rams' No. 3 wide receiver, Cameron Desilva of USA Today reports.
Analysis: After trading Brandin Cooks to Houston this offseason, there was an open competition between Reynolds and rookie second-round pick Van Jefferson for the No. 3 job behind Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods. Reynolds will compete for playing time this season with 2020 second-round selection Van Jefferson (foot), Lindsey Thiry of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Interestingly, after receiving a vote of confidence from head coach Sean McVay in early April, the organization selected Jefferson in the second round Friday. Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp are locked in as the top two receivers on the depth chart, and there's no guarantee Reynolds maintains his position as the No. 3 receiver throughout the season. Earns McVay's confidence
Coach Sean McVay said Reynolds is a starting-caliber receiver, Joe Curley of the Ventura County Star reports.
Analysis: McVay also mentioned that the recent trade sending Brandin Cooks to Houston could be interpreted as a "big vote of confidence" in Reynolds, who has started 11 of 48 games in three pro seasons. He's averaging 3.3 catches for 46 yards and 0.55 TDs on 5.8 targets as a starter, logging more than 80 percent of offensive snaps in 10 of the 11 games. In line for more snaps?
Reynolds is a candidate for more work in 2020 following last week's trade of Brandin Cooks from the Rams to the Texans, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: The Rams still boast a formidable wide receiver duo of Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods atop the depth chart, but their consistent use of 11 personnel (i.e. three-wideout sets) under Sean McVay implies a bigger role for Reynolds may be on the horizon. Even after pacing the NFL by trotting out the formation 89 percent of the time in 2018, L.A.'s offense ranked 30th last season at 73 percent. Analysis: The third-year receiver had another underwhelming season with just 21 receptions for 326 yards and a single touchdown. Reynolds spent the majority of the year as the No. 4 wideout for the Rams, and while he averaged 42 offensive snaps per contest over the final nine games of the campaign, his only meaningful fantasy showing came in Week 8 when he caught three of eight targets for 73 yards and his lone score. Reynolds caught two of three targets for 32 yards during Saturday's 34-31 loss to San Francisco.
Analysis: Reynolds played 29 of 70 offensive snaps, which was the fewest of Los Angeles' top four receivers for the second consecutive week. He did show off in space again Saturday by rattling off 23 yards after the catch on his 24-yard reception in the first quarter -- his eighth of over 20 yards this season. Relegated role against Cowboys
Reynolds caught two of his four targets for 36 yards during Sunday's 44-21 loss to Dallas. He played 26 of 73 offensive snaps.
Analysis: After receiving the second most playing time among Los Angeles receivers last week, Reynolds ranked fourth among Rams wideouts Sunday. He continues to show well when given opportunities, but his role is both small and inconsistent, so he's an unreliable fantasy asset in most formats. It's definitely worth noting that he showed off in open space again, taking a short pass for 28 yards.

Reynolds rushed three times for 29 yards during Sunday's 28-12 win over Seattle.
Analysis: Interestingly, Reynolds didn't receive a target despite being on the field for the second most offensive snaps among all Los Angeles receivers. So, while it was encouraging to see him run well in open space, he's still not making a big enough fantasy impact to be relied on in most settings. However, the increased snap count is notable and worth keeping tabs on because Reynolds could gain value before the end of the season.

Reynolds caught four of his five targets for 39 yards during Sunday's 34-7 win over Arizona. He played just 29 of 79 offensive snaps.
Analysis: Reynolds was once again fourth in the pecking order for playing time among Rams wideouts, but he was busy when on the field. Analysis: With Brandin Cooks (concussion) and Robert Woods (personal) back in action, Reynolds was relegated to No. 4 on the wide receiver depth chart, and his playing time also dropped. The third-year wideout posted admirable numbers -- especially considering the team's recent offensive struggles -- over the previous three games with nine receptions for 177 yards and a touchdown. Analysis: The 24-year-old started the week not practicing due to the illness, but he was able to progress to full participation Saturday to avoid the questionable tag. Reynolds is coming off decent production in Week 11 with three catches for 55 yards, but he should return to a lesser role versus Baltimore with Brandin Cooks (concussion) and Robert Woods (personal) both also clear of injury designations.

Posts 55 yards in start
Reynolds had three catches (six targets) for 55 yards in Sunday's 17-7 win over the Bears.
Analysis: Reynolds got the start with Brandin Cooks (concussion) and Robert Woods (personal) sidelined, and he was the lone receiving option to be targeted more than three times in coach Sean McVay's run-heavy gameplan. The 24-year-old is averaging three catches and 59 yards in the three games Cooks has been sidelined, so Reynolds will carry deep-league appeal if the former is forced to miss Monday's contest against a Ravens pass defense that ranks in the bottom third of the league. Analysis: Reynolds has a respectable six receptions for 122 yards and a touchdown over the past two games. His role in the passing attack has grown with Brandin Cooks (concussion) out of the lineup, and the third-year receiver projects to remain a considerable piece of the offense for the duration of Cooks' absence. Reynolds is expected to have a regular role in three-receiver sets Sunday against the Steelers with teammate Brandin Cooks (concussion) ruled out, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM Radio reports.
Analysis: Reynolds filled in admirably for Cooks during the Week 8 win over the Bengals, catching three of eight targets for 73 yards and a touchdown. While expectations for Reynolds should be tempered against Pittsburgh's stingy secondary, the fact that he'll start on the outside gives him a high ceiling in Los Angeles' aerial attack.
