Provides depth late for Dallas
Hilton played in three regular-season and two postseason games for Dallas in 2022, catching 10 of 15 targets for 159 yards.
Analysis: The long-time Colt wound up being Plan B for the Cowboys after they determined Odell Beckham (knee) wasn't going to be able to help them for the stretch run, and Hilton made an immediate impact in his Week 16 debut when he hauled in a 52-yard catch on his only target from Dak Prescott. Hilton was purely a depth option for the team, though, and the 33-year-old's days of being an elite downfield threat are long behind him. It's not yet clear if Dallas has any interest in bringing him back in…read more

Quiet in regular-season finale
Hilton caught two of four targets for 19 yards in Sunday's loss to the Commanders.
Analysis: The entire Dallas offense went into the tank in the final game of the regular season, and Hilton's two grabs were second among Dallas wideouts behind CeeDee Lamb's five. The long-time Colt posted a 7-121-0 line on 10 targets over three games with the Cowboys, but Hilton isn't likely to see a significant increase in his role in the wild-card round against the Buccaneers.

Makes impact in Dallas debut
Hilton caught his only target for 52 yards in Saturday's win over the Eagles.
Analysis: The veteran wideout's first look from Dak Prescott early in the second quarter resulted in an illegal contact penalty on Darius Slay to convert a fourth-and-8 and help lead the Cowboys to their second touchdown of the game, but Hilton's first official target from his new QB produced one of the highlights of the day. On a third-and-30 from the Dallas 29-yard line midway through the fourth quarter, Prescott heaved the ball deep down the sideline and watched Hilton run under it to flip the field,…read more

Making team debut Saturday
Hilton is listed as active Saturday versus the Eagles, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Analysis: The Cowboys signed Hilton on Monday, Dec. 12, but he was a healthy scratch Week 15 at Jacksonville, meaning he'll be making his debut with the team Saturday. Both James Washington and rookie Jalen Tolbert are inactive Week 16, which leaves CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, Noah Brown, Hilton and returner KaVontae Turpin as Dallas' available wide receivers.

Not suiting up Sunday
Hilton (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game at Jacksonville, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Hilton signed with the Cowboys on Monday but won't suit up for Week 15 with only one week of practice under his belt. The 33-year-old had 23 receptions for 331 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games for the Colts last season, and he was a free agent for the first 14 weeks of 2022 before he landed with Dallas.

Signs with Dallas
Dallas signed Hilton to a one-year contract Monday, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Analysis: Hilton caught 23 of 37 targets for 331 yards and three scores across 10 appearances with the Colts last year, but he remained a free agent throughout the offseason and the majority of the 2022 campaign before landing a deal with the Cowboys. The veteran wideout has five 1,000-yard seasons in his 10-year career, but his last came in 2018. Regardless, he joins an already talented group and should provide much-needed depth behind CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, Noah Brown and James Washington, the…read more

Continues to talk to Colts
The Colts have continued to have a dialogue with Hilton and it's a possibility the team could still sign him, Stephen Holder of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Despite general manager Chris Ballard being open to Hilton returning, it seems unlikely given that he's not under contract at the start of training camp. It seems more likely that Hilton will retire. Even if he does re-sign with the Colts, he'd likely have a diminished role as veteran insurance. Hilton had just 331 yards receiving and three TDs in 10 games last season.

Could re-sign with Colts
Hilton remains a free agent, but the Colts haven't closed the door on re-signing him, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: The 32-year-old wideout reportedly wants to play another season, and the only team he's ever played for still has a need at his position. Of course, part of the reason the Colts have a need at wide receiver is that they didn't get much from Hilton last year -- 331 yards and three TDs in 10 games. New QB Matt Ryan could use some more weapons alongside third-year wideout Michael Pittman.

Still plans to play
Hilton still wants to play in the NFL, Nick Shook of NFL.com reports.
Analysis: Hilton dealt with numerous injuries during the 2021 campaign, including a neck issue that required surgery at beginning of the season. The 32-year-old wideout said after a devastating Week 18 loss to the Jaguars that he'd take time to ponder his future and that retirement was a possibility. However, based on Tuesday's comments from Colts general manager Chris Ballard, it appears Hilton may be returning to the team for at least one more season. Targeted five times
Hilton recorded two receptions on five targets for 39 yards in Sunday's 26-11 loss to the Jaguars.
Analysis: Hilton matched his season high of five targets, notching that mark for the fifth time. Though he managed an explosive 33-yard gain in the first quarter, he failed to top 40 receiving yards for the seventh time in 10 games on the campaign. With the Colts season now over and his performance clearly in decline, Hilton said after the game that he will take time to ponder his future with retirement being a possibility, Stephen Holder of The Athletic reports.

Tallies fluky TD
Hilton recorded one reception on three targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Raiders.
Analysis: Hilton made his lone catch of the game count, and he's now scored a touchdown in consecutive contests. However, the circumstances of the score were quite fortuitous, as Carson Wentz launched an ill-advised pass that bounced off a pair of defenders and into the waiting arms of Hilton in the end zone. Assuming the Colts' wide receiver corps remains healthy heading into a Week 18 matchup against Jacksonville, Hilton isn't likely to see a significant role in the offense.

Scores rare TD on Saturday
Hilton reeled in four of five passes for 51 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 22-16 victory at Arizona.
Analysis: Hilton has taken a back seat in the receiving corps to Michael Pittman on the campaign, but an absent Zach Pascal, who landed on the reserve/COVID-19 list earlier Saturday, allowed the 10th-year wideout to match his season high in targets. Moreover, Hilton pulled off his second TD and second 20-yard-plus catch (39 yards, to be precise) in eight appearances. If Pascal is able to return in the Colts' next game Sunday, Jan. 2 against the Raiders, Hilton may find difficulty making much of an impact…read more

One catch in Week 15 win
Hilton caught his only target for 19 yards in Saturday's 27-17 win over New England.
Analysis: Hilton became the Colts' de facto No. 1 wide receiver after Michael Pittman was ejected in the third quarter, but Indianapolis was nursing a sizable lead and thus didn't heavily involve Hilton. The 32-year-old veteran has caught more than two passes only once this season, and that was back in his Week 6 season debut. That four-catch, 80-yard performance also marks the only time Hilton has eclipsed the 30-yard mark.

Makes two grabs
Hilton caught both his targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 31-0 win over the Texans.
Analysis: Hilton ranked fourth on the Colts in targets, trailing Michael Pittman, Nyheim Hines and Zach Pascal. While he managed to haul in both of his looks, there wasn't much receiving production to go around on a day the Colts rushed 48 times while nursing a sizeable second-half lead. The veteran Hilton will now rest up over the bye week before returning with difficult matchups against the Patriots and Cardinals.

Scores rare TD in loss
Hilton brought in four of five targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in the Colts' 38-31 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.
Analysis: The veteran speedster was able to notch his first touchdown since Week 17 of last season when he recorded a four-yard scoring grab late in the first half. Hilton's four receptions also equaled his season high in that category, but his sparse yardage totals significantly cap his fantasy value in any game during which he can't supplement them with a touchdown. Hilton does draw a fantasy-friendly matchup in Week 13 when the Colts pay a visit to the Texans.

Clear for Sunday
Hilton (toe) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest against the Buccaneers.
Analysis: After logging a limited session Wednesday due to a toe issue, Hilton was listed as a full participant on Thursday's estimated injury report, setting himself up to play Week 12. He capped the week with a full practice and indeed will be out there Sunday. Despite logging between 39 and 63 percent of snaps in his four appearances this season, Hilton has a modest 9-127-0 line on 16 targets.

Estimated as full practice participant
Hilton (toe) was listed as a full participant on Thursday's practice estimate.
Analysis: The wideout logged a limited session Wednesday, but Hilton's listed participation in Thursday's walkthrough paves the way for him to suit up for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. Barring any setbacks, Hilton is in line to head into the weekend minus a Week 12 injury designation.

Limited session Wednesday
Hilton was a limited participant at practice Wednesday due to a toe injury.
Analysis: The Colts haven't disclosed whether the toe issue is the result of an injury sustained during the team's Week 11 win over the Bills, or if he got hurt at some point during Wednesday's practice. Over his last three games, the veteran wideout -- who played 28 of the Colts' 62 offensive snaps last week -- has combined for a total of five catches for 47 yards on 12 targets.

Two grabs in win
Hilton brought in both targets for 26 yards in the Colts' 41-15 win over the Bills on Sunday.
Analysis: The veteran speedster did what he could with his scant opportunities, and he was far from alone as far as Colts pass catchers generating meager production. Carson Wentz threw for just 106 yards overall, so Hilton's modest numbers can be explained away fairly easily. However, the 32-year-old hasn't cleared 30 receiving yards in any of his last three contests, a matter he'll try to rectify against the Buccaneers in Week 12.

One catch in return
Hilton (concussion) secured one of five targets for five yards in the Colts' 23-17 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.
Analysis: Hilton's inefficient showing was the latest disappointment in what's turned out to be a debacle of a season for the veteran thus far. After missing the first five games with a serious neck injury, Hilton was subsequently absent for two more due to a thigh injury and a concussion suffered in his return from that injury in Week 8. Having gotten through Sunday unscathed, Hilton will take on the task of trying to build up his numbers against a tough Bills defense in Week 11.

Hilton (concussion) has been cleared to suit up for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, JJ Stankevitz of the Colts' official site reports.
Analysis: Hilton has made just two appearances this season due to a variety of injuries, the most recent one a concussion suffered on Oct. 31. He sat out Week 9 as he worked his way through the protocol for head injuries, but after getting in a full practice Thursday he was able to speak to the media Friday. Hilton (concussion) logged a full practice Thursday, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Hilton, who was limited Wednesday, shed his non-contact jersey Thursday, per Stephen Holder of The Athletic. Logs limited practice
Hilton (concussion) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday.
Analysis: As Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis notes, Hilton's return to practice is an important step in his path toward clearing the NFL's concussion protocol ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Between a previous neck injury and the concussion that sidelined him in Week 9, Hilton has been limited to two regular-season appearances this season.

Returning to practice
Hilton (concussion) is slated to practice Wednesday, Mike Wells of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: The report indicates that the wideout is still in the NFL's concussion protocol, so Hilton will more than likely be listed as a limited participant on the Colts' first Week 10 injury report. The fact that he'll be on the field to begin the week at least bodes well for Hilton's chances of gaining clearance to play in Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Out with concussion
Hilton (concussion) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Jets, Mike Wells of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Coach Frank Reich confirmed that Hilton is in the concussion protocol as he ruled the veteran wide receiver out for Thursday Night Football. Hilton caught two of five targets for 16 yards before being forced out of Sunday's overtime loss to the Titans, and he had been nursing a quadriceps issue leading up to the game as well. With Hilton ruled out, Michael Pittman and Zach Pascal will once again serve the clear top two wideouts for Carson Wentz.

Optimism regarding Week 8 status
Hilton (quadriceps) remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans, but the Colts have optimism the wideout will play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Hilton missed the Colts' Week 7 win over the 49ers, but head coach Frank Reich said the receiver looked good at practice this week, even capping the team's Week 8 prep with a full session Friday. Fortunately for those considering Hilton in their fantasy lineups this week, Indianapolis and Tennessee kick off among the early wave of games at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday. Hilton (quad) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: The report adds that coach Frank Reich indicated Hilton looked good at practice Friday, but for now it's still prudent to treat the wideout as a game-day call in advance of Week 8 action. Back at practice Thursday
Hilton (quad) returned to a limited practice Thursday, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: That's a step in the right direction for Hilton, who missed Wednesday's session, but the wideout previously noted that he needs to see how things go both Thursday and Friday before getting a better read on his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Titans. Hilton noted Thursday that he feels good, but how his injured quad responds over the next couple of days will determine his Week 8 status, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.
Analysis: The wideout sat out out Wednesday's practice, but it sounds like he'll be testing things out Thursday and/or Friday. It remains to be seen, however, if that entails Hilton being officially listed as a participant in either or both sessions. For now, consider him questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Hilton (quadriceps) was listed as a non-participant Wednesday's on the Colts' estimated practice report.
Analysis: Wednesday's session was a walk-through, so what Hilton is able to do over the next couple of days should be more telling with regard to his Week 8 status. Per George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin, head coach Frank Reich previously indicated that Hilton was close to playing this past weekend, and there's optimism that the wideout could return to action Sunday against the Titans.

Analysis: The Colts tried to leave the door open for Hilton to play, but he never seemed to have a realistic shot at suiting up after failing to practice all week. Hilton (quad) will be listed as questionable for Sunday night's game against the 49ers after missing practice again Friday, Stephen Holder of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: While listing the wideout as questionable implies there's a sliver of hope Hilton could play in Week 7, coach Frank Reich acknowledged that's not likely to occur. Analysis: Per Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis, Hilton indicated that he's "50-50" for Sunday night's game against the 49ers, which suggests that the wideout will draw an official "questionable" designation once the Colts' final Week 7 injury report is released Friday. Week 7 status TBD
Colts head coach Frank Reich said he's unsure whether Hilton (quadriceps) will be able to play Sunday against the 49ers, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports. "We need time and need a couple of days to see how it plays out and how T.Y. responds," Reich said of Hilton. "I just don't want to over-commit either way."
Analysis: With Parris Campbell (foot) having recently moved to injured reserve and with Hilton's Week 7 status cloudy after he missed practice Wednesday, Michael Pittman and Zach Pascal are currently the Colts' top healthy wideouts as the team prepares for Sunday's road contest against San Francisco. The Colts should have a better sense of whether Hilton will be available for Sunday at the conclusion of Friday's practice.

Hilton (neck) was activated off injured reserve and is expected to make his season debut Sunday against the Texans.
Analysis: The stage is now set for the veteran wideout and franchise stalwart to make his first appearance of the 2021 season after missing the first five weeks with a neck injury. Hilton (neck) took part in practice Thursday for the second day in a row, though he wasn't willing to declare himself ready to return from injured reserve ahead of this week's game against Houston, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports. "Just because I'm practicing doesn't mean I'm playing," Hilton said, adding that he's "got to get (his) legs back under (him), gotta pass some tests."
Analysis: Though Hilton was designated to return from IR on Wednesday, the Colts merely held a walk-through session that day, which didn't afford media members a good opportunity to gauge how he looked coming off a late-August surgery to address a disc issue that was causing a loss of feeling on the left side of his neck. For his part, Hilton said he feels great and received assurances from medical experts that resuming his career won't present any long-term complications, but the Colts may still be…read more

Set to return to practice
Colts head coach Frank Reich said Hilton (neck) will return to practice Wednesday.
Analysis: Hilton landed on injured reserve back on Sept. 2 after undergoing neck surgery. Though Reich said a day earlier that he didn't expect Hilton to resume practicing this week, the wideout apparently made enough progress over the past 24 hours for the Colts to change their tune. Hilton's return to practice means that he has been designated to return from injured reserve, a transaction that opens a three-week window for the wideout to be evaluated for a return to the 53-man roster. Out for another week
Colts head coach Frank Reich said Tuesday that Hilton (neck) is getting "close" to a return from injured reserve, but he doesn't expect the wideout to resume practicing this week, Zak Keefer of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Hilton has spent the entire season on IR after requiring surgery in early September to address a disc issue in his neck. The Colts haven't pinpointed a target date for Hilton's return, but if he's ready to practice as soon as next week, he could have a shot at being added back to the 53-man roster ahead of the team's Week 7 game in San Francisco. Second-year wideout Michael Pittman has been the greatest beneficiary of Hilton's absence so far this season, as he's drawn no fewer than seven…read more

Not quite ready to return
Hilton (neck) isn't expected to come off IR in time to face the Dolphins on Sunday, but he's "making great progress" in his recovery, Zak Keefer of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Hilton is eligible to return from injured reserve now that three weeks have passed, but it sounds like he'll need to miss at least one additional week. Michael Pittman and Parris Campbell should continue to start on the outside while Hilton recovers, with Zach Pascal manning the slot.

Placed on injured reserve
Hilton (neck) was placed on injured reserve Thursday.
Analysis: Hilton had surgery Wednesday to address a disc issue in his neck. It's unclear if Hilton will be sidelined beyond the three-game minimum, but Colts general manager Chris Ballard said it wasn't a major procedure. Parris Campbell and Zach Pascal should take on increased snaps and target volume opposite Michael Pittman while Hilton is sidelined.

Has surgery for neck injury
Colts general manager Chris Ballard said Hilton had surgery Wednesday to address the disc issue in his neck and will be placed on injured reserve, missing at least three games, Stephen Holder of The Athletic reports. "It was not a major procedure," Ballard said.
Analysis: It's unclear if Hilton will be sidelined beyond the three-game minimum, but team officials had previously been confident Hilton wasn't dealing with a season-ending injury. Parris Campbell and Zach Pascal should take on increased snaps and target volume opposite Michael Pittman while Hilton is sidelined.

Dealing with neck injury
Coach Frank Reich confirmed Sunday that Hilton will miss multiple games to open the season due to a disc issue in his neck, Zak Keefer of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: It's unclear exactly how long Hilton will be sidelined, as Reich simply said the wideout "will miss some games." The coach is confident it's not a season-ending injury, but there's a real chance the veteran receiver will be placed on injured reserve after roster cuts because players can be activated after spending only three games on the shelf. Parris Campbell and Zach Pascal are poised to have increased opportunities opposite Michael Pittman while Hilton is sidelined.

Out multiple weeks
Hilton is expected to miss multiple weeks with an unspecified injury suffered in Wednesday's practice, Stephen Holder of The Athletic reports. Hilton is being evaluated for an upper back/neck injury, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Details on Hilton's injury are not clear, but it looks like he's going to miss at least Week 1 of the regular season and likely much more. Michael Pittman will have a larger profile in the passing game with Hilton out, while Parris Campbell likely will see more playing time along with Zach Pascal. The Colts have a deep receiving corps with Mike Strachan and Dezmon Patmon having strong preseasons and three tight ends with strong receiving skills, so the targets in the offense could be spread out…read more

Likely sitting out Saturday
Hilton will likely sit out Indianapolis' preseason game against Minnesota on Saturday, ESPN.com's Mike Wells reports.
Analysis: A time-tested veteran like Hilton doesn't need preseason reps to ready himself for the regular season, so the Colts will instead use this game as an opportunity to give more run to Michael Pittman, Parris Campbell and Zach Pascal.

Struggling with new QB
Hilton has had a quiet start to training camp as he has struggled to connect with quarterback Jacob Eason, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports. "It's going to take time. But we are going to continue to work, and work," Hilton said.
Analysis: With Carson Wentz out 5-12 weeks after foot surgery, Eason has taken over as the primary quarterback during training camp, and most reviews from reporters so far have the passing offense struggling. Eason and Hilton hadn't worked with each other in practice before this training camp, so it doesn't sound like there's much chemistry early on. If Wentz isn't back before Week 1, Hilton's fantasy value could see a sharp decline.

Returns to Indy
Hilton agreed Wednesday with the Colts on a one-year, $10 million contract, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Hilton will stay in Indianapolis for at least one more season, catching passes from Carson Wentz after one season of working with Philip Rivers. Each of Hilton's five 1,000-yard seasons came with Andrew Luck under center, but the 31-year-old wideout at least played well over the final six weeks of the 2020 regular season, catching 27 passes for 435 yards and five touchdowns. Still wanted in Indy
Colts owner Jim Irsay said Wednesday that he wants to keep Hilton in Indianapolis in 2021, Zak Keefer of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: While he averaged just 50.1 and 50.8 receiving yards per game the past two seasons, Hilton enjoyed a surge in production late in the 2020 campaign, putting up 27 receptions for 435 yards and five touchdowns over the final six weeks. Now scheduled for unrestricted free agency, the 31-year-old wideout has already expressed a desire to re-sign with the Colts, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll take a hometown discount. Gets into end zone in win
Hilton secured three of seven targets for 27 yards and a touchdown in the Colts' 28-14 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.
Analysis: The veteran speedster wasn't able to make much of an impact on the stat sheet on an afternoon when Jonathan Taylor's 253 rushing yards spearheaded the offensive attack, but Hilton salvaged his fantasy line by notching a six-yard scoring grab to cap off the Colts' first drive of the game. Contributes 60 yards vs. Steelers
Hilton caught three of seven targets for 60 yards during Sunday's 28-24 loss to the Steelers.
Analysis: Hilton led the team in targets but struggled to connect with Philip Rivers on several occasions. He made the most of his catches, however, as his average of 20.0 yards per catch was his second-best of the season. While Hilton's production isn't always flashy, he's quietly recorded at least 60 yards in five straight games and has averaged more than 17.0 yards per catch in four of those. Hilton recorded four receptions on six targets for 71 yards in Week 15 against the Texans.
Analysis: Hilton had logged only three receptions for 30 yards with three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. However, he nearly turned his performance around with one play when he hauled in a 41-yard catch that carried him three yards shy of the end zone. Even with the mediocre performance against an exploitable secondary, Hilton has had a 70-yard floor across his last four games. He'll now prepare for a Week 16 matchup against the Steelers.

He led the team in receiving yardage for the third straight week and is averaging 92.3 yards per game during that span, which is a huge improvement over his numbers from the first nine games. Delivers vintage performance
Hilton caught eight of 11 targets for 110 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 26-20 win over the Texans.
Analysis: Hilton routinely ripped off healthy chunks of yardage and found the end zone for the second straight week with a 21-yard score in the first quarter. The veteran has bounced back nicely after a string of poor performances, including 12 catches for 191 yards and a pair of touchdowns over the last two weeks. Delivers first touchdown
Hilton recorded four receptions on five targets for 81 yards and a touchdown in Week 12 against the Titans.
Analysis: Hilton recorded his highest yardage total of the season as the Colts were in comeback mode from the middle of the second quarter onward. Much of his production was dictated by the game script, as both his 50-yard reception and five-yard touchdown came in the fourth quarter with the Colts down by three scores. Encouragingly for Hilton, he outproduced rookie Michael Pittman, who was held for only two receptions and 28 yards. Hilton will draw an exploitable matchup in Week 13 against the Texans.

Hilton recorded three receptions on six targets for 36 yards against the Packers in Week 11.
Analysis: Philip Rivers spread the ball around to many of his pass-catching options, allowing Hilton to lead the team with six targets. Hilton did manage to haul in a 23-yard touch pass down the left sideline in the third quarter, his first catch of more than 20 yards since Week 3. Hilton secured four of five targets for 40 yards in the Colts' 34-17 win over the Titans on Thursday night.
Analysis: The veteran speedster amassed all his production in the first half, leaving him with solid but unspectacular numbers yet again. Hilton saw rookie teammate Michael Pittman take a significant step forward with a 7-101 line through the air and another 21 yards on a reverse, numbers that could foretell an ongoing changing of the guard in Indianapolis' pass-catching corps. Cleared to play Thursday
Hilton (groin) doesn't carry an injury designation into Thursday's game against the Titans, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.
Analysis: The Colts conducted walkthroughs Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and each time, the team listed Hilton as a full participant on the practice report. The wideout's return to action after a one-game absence is good news for the Colts, as Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis points out that the team is 1-10 in games that Hilton has missed over his career. To date, Hilton's production has been subpar, with the 30-year-old having logged a modest 22-251-0 stat line through seven games.

Analysis: Coming off a 24-10 loss to the Ravens on Sunday, the Colts are facing a quick turnaround in Week 10 with a Thursday night game in Tennessee. As a result, the team hasn't held traditional practices Monday or Tuesday, so Hilton hasn't had a chance to test out his groin in a full-contact session. Listed as full participant
Hilton (groin) is listed as a full participant on Monday's estimated practice report.
Analysis: Hilton was held out of Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Ravens due to a groin issue, and Zak Keefer of The Athletic called the veteran wideout uncertain for Thursday's game in Tennessee, but Monday's estimated practice report would seem to hint that he's on track to play Week 10. Of course, it'll be worth tracking whether Hilton actually handles a full workload when the Colts go through a full on-field practice. Uncertain for Thursday's game
Hilton (groin) may return for Thursday's matchup against the Titans, Zak Keefer of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Hilton was held out of practice last week, and now he'll need to make a quick recovery on a short week to play Thursday. The Colts have planned for light practices Monday and Tuesday, and it could be tough to draw a conclusion on Hilton's health from those sessions. Marcus Johnson, Michael Pittman and Zach Pascal all played more than 87 percent of the offensive snaps with Hilton out of the lineup Week 9, and they may serve similar roles if Hilton misses another contest.

Analysis: Hilton set season highs in targets, catches and receiving yards while finally displaying something of a rapport with Philip Rivers. Much of his production came with his team trailing in the second half, but it was a good sign nonetheless after Hilton averaged 36.3 yards per game over the previous three. Analysis: The Colts' passing game didn't have much to do as their defense scored two TDs on pick-sixes and added a safety in the rout, but Hilton still emerged as the team's leading receiver on the afternoon. The veteran's had a quiet start to the year as he tries to build chemistry with Philip Rivers, but Hilton could be busier in Week 4 during a more competitive contest against a Bears defense that just allowed Calvin Ridley to haul in 110 yards.

Hilton caught three of five targets for 28 yards during Sunday's 28-11 win over the Vikings.
Analysis: Despite facing a seemingly vulnerable Minnesota defense, Hilton didn't garner much attention from Philip Rivers and finished with a rather pedestrian stat line, thanks in part to a big drop on a potential deep touchdown pass. Impressive in scrimmage

Still viewed as focal point
Hilton is still viewed as the focus of the Indianapolis offense even with the star receiver being slowed by injury the past two seasons and with the Colts taking Michael Pittman in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft, Colts offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni told the team's official web site. "I think about where we're at - things will be schemed to get him the football," he said.
Analysis: Hilton played a career-low 10 games last season due to a calf injury after missing two games and being limited by abdominal and ankle injuries in 2018. Sirianni said Hilton has been working hard in the offseason to get back to top shape and Hilton didn't need offseason surgery for his calf injury, which he said was fully healthy at the end of the season. While better health could improve Hilton's outlook, improved quarterback play from new starter Philip Rivers could be just as large a factor.

Analysis: Part of Hilton's performance can be attributed to a great day on special teams and defense by the Colts. Hilton has been held under 30 yards in three consecutive games, and he doesn't project as a safe bet to take advantage of the favorable matchup the season finale brings in the form of Jacksonville's 29th-ranked pass defense.

Should see more snaps in Week 16
Coach Frank Reich said that Hilton -- who returned to action in Monday's 34-7 loss to the Saints following a two-game absence due to a calf issue -- came out of contest feeling "well" from a health standpoint, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.
Analysis: Hilton only played 29 of the Colts' 56 offensive snaps and finished with a meager four catches for 25 yards on nine targets, but the modest workload may have been due in part to the blowout nature of the contest. Reich noted Wednesday that he expects the wideout to see more playing time over the final two weeks of the regular season, even with Indianapolis eliminated from playoff contention.

Quiet in return
Hilton caught four of nine targets for 25 yards in Monday night's 34-7 loss to the Saints.
Analysis: Hilton returned from a two-game absence to lead the Colts in targets, but actually produced next to nothing prior to Indianapolis' final offensive series. On that drive, though, the wideout surfaced for three catches, salvaging some yardage late. Hilton's calf injury seemed to limit his snap count over the course of Monday's game, so it may be worthwhile to continue to monitor his progress ahead of Week 16's matchup against the Panthers.

Back in action Monday
Hilton (calf) is active for Monday's game at New Orleans.
Analysis: He followed an LP/LP/DNP practice regimen for Week 15, after which coach Frank Reich seemed skeptical of the Colts' No. 1 wide receiver's chances of suiting up. "We've kind of been down this road before and he wasn't (at 100 percent)," Reich told Jim Ayello of the Indianapolis Star on Saturday. "I know it's T.Y., but we just want to feel good about it, do the right thing and make sure that he feels right and that we feel like he's good." Expected to play Monday
Hilton (calf) is expected to play Monday night against the Saints, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Previous reports indicated that Hilton, who profiled as a game-time decision for the contest, was trending in the right direction, with Schefter's latest tweet adding further encouragement with regard to the wideout's Week 15 status. In any case, official confirmation of Hilton's Monday night availability will arrive about 90 minutes prior to the Colts' 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff.

Trending up, but still a GTD
Hilton (calf) is trending in the right direction to play in Monday's matchup with the Saints, though he's still considered a game-time decision, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: The good news for fantasy managers is that the Colts intend to use Hilton in his normal role if he's declared active for Monday's game. The bad news? A decision isn't likely to be made before pregame warmups, and the team's alternatives at wide receiver -- namely Zach Pascal, Marcus Johnson and Aston Dulin -- haven't been especially reliable. Pascal and Johnson had big games last week, but both have put up some total duds during Hilton's prolonged absence.

Game-time decision
Hilton (calf) is expected to be a game-time decision for Monday's matchup with the Saints, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: After being limited at Friday's practice, Hilton was sidelined Saturday. Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis previously reported that Hilton is "absolutely committed to playing again this year," but it remains to be seen if he will suit up in New Orleans. His status Monday will likely depend on how he is feeling during warmups, which makes it a tricky spot for his owners given the timing. Remains limited at practice
Hilton (calf) remained limited at practice Friday, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Per Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis, Hilton seems "absolutely committed to playing again this year," leaving a return Monday night against the Saints on the table for now. That said, the wideout's status for the Colts' Week 15 contest is unclear heading into the weekend, a reality that would put those considering Hilton in fantasy lineups in a tricky spot, considering his team's late kickoff.

Continues to practice
Hilton (calf) participated in practice Friday, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Hilton logged a limited session Thursday, and his continued participation Friday suggests the wideout has a shot to suit up Monday against the Saints. At this stage, however, Hilton's status for the contest probably won't be clearly determined heading into the weekend, putting fantasy managers considering the wideout in Week 15 lineups in a rough spot, given the Colts' late kickoff.

Slated to see limited work Thursday
Hilton (calf) will be limited in what's being described as a modified practice Thursday, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Per Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star, the Colts plan to proceed cautiously with Hilton, in the name of avoiding another setback with his calf injury. That said, the fact that the wideout will get some work in Thursday is at least a step in the right direction. Hilton last suited up in Week 12.

Unsure about Week 15 status
Hilton (calf) noted Wednesday that he feels "way better" than he did last week but admitted that he's uncertain about his status for the Week 15 game against the Saints, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Bowen adds that the wideout believes that he'll play again this season and "was pretty adamant" that going on injured reserve isn't an option that has been discussed. In any case, Hilton looks pretty iffy for Week 15, and the fact that the Colts play Monday night makes him a pretty risky fantasy lineup option unless things start to look up for him at practice in the coming days.

Remains week-to-week
Coach Frank Reich said Hilton (calf) is still week-to-week ahead of Week 15's matchup against the Saints, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Hilton didn't practice last week, and it appears he's trending toward a third straight absence due to this nagging injury, which already sidelined him for the three contests preceding Week 12's loss to Houston. The Colts placed Parris Campbell (foot) on injured reserve Monday, so Zach Pascal and Marcus Johnson are slated to lead the team's receivers if Hilton is indeed out another game.

Out against Tamp Bay
Hilton (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Stephen Holder of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Though Hilton won't return, the Colts will add rookie Parris Campbell (hand) back to their wideout mix in Week 14. Hilton hasn't ruled out the possibility that he might have to miss the rest of the season if his injury doesn't improve, though the Colts appear set to take a week-to-week approach with him for now.

Hilton (calf) didn't practice Thursday.

Uncertain for Week 14
Hilton (calf) indicated Wednesday that he's unsure about his status for this weekend's game against the Buccaneers, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports. "I don't know yet," the wideout said, when asked about his chances of playing Sunday. "Still taking it day by day. The decision is up to the coach and trainers. But I'm still in the process of getting better."
Analysis: While that comment offers a glimmer of hope that Hilton might play in Week 14, the wideout didn't completely rule out the possibility that he might have to consider shutting himself down if things don't go as hoped. Hilton failed to practice Wednesday while he continued to tend to the calf injury he aggravated in his return from a three-game absence in Week 12.

No practice Wednesday
Coach Frank Reich said that Hilton (calf) won't practice Wednesday, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.
Analysis: Hilton has missed four of the last five games due to a calf injury, and his lack of activity to begin the week doesn't bode well for his chances of playing Sunday against the Buccaneers. The Colts remain hopeful that Hilton will play again this season, but until he's put the calf issue behind him, Zach Pascal, Jack Doyle, Marcus Johnson and Nyheim Hines will likely represent the team's top pass-catching options.

'Hopeful' to return this year
Coach Frank Reich said he's "hopeful" Hilton (calf) will return this season, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: The Colts described the setback that forced Hilton to sit out for the fourth time in five games as minor, but considering Reich didn't rule out the possibility of shutting Hilton down for the season, he's certainly trending in the wrong direction for Week 14's matchup against the Buccaneers. His status will be more clear when the Colts retake the practice field Wednesday.

Won't play Sunday
Hilton (calf) suffered what Zak Keefer of The Athletic describes as a a slight setback during practice Wednesday and is out for Sunday's game against the Titans, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.

Analysis: This isn't surprising, given that George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin previously relayed that Hilton's calf tightened up in his return from a three-game absence in the Week 12 loss to Houston. With that in mind, Bowen adds that how the wideout looks at practice in the coming days will help the coaching staff determine how much Hilton's workload might tick up Sunday against the Titans. Still tending to calf concern
Hilton said his calf "tightened up" during last Thursday's loss at Houston, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.
Analysis: Returning from a three-game absence, Hilton was a distant fourth among Colts wide receivers in offensive snap share, seeing 37 percent to Zach Pascal's 88 percent, Marcus Johnson's 63 percent and Chester Rogers' 61 percent. Despite that, Hilton led the group with three catches (on six targets) for 18 yards. In the wake of the game, he told Zak Keefer of The Athletic that he received treatment on his calf and intends to practice this week. Hilton will have his first chance to do so Wednesday.

Modest showing in return to action
Hilton (calf) secured three of six targets for 18 yards in the Colts' 20-17 loss to the Texans on Thursday.
Analysis: The Colts were cautious with their star receiver in his return from a three-game absence, rolling him out selectively throughout the contest. Hilton did pace the team's pass catchers in targets, however, and he was apparently able to avoid any aggravation of the injury even though he was seen trying to stay loose on the sidelines throughout the game. Hilton should be a primary beneficiary of the extra time off before a Week 13 matchup against the Titans, a week from this coming Sunday.

Hilton (calf) is listed as active for Thursday night's game against the Texans.
Analysis: Hilton thus returns from a three-game absence, and as long as he's able to avoid any in-game setbacks, he'll tough it out and reclaim his perch atop the Colts' wideout depth chart. In the six games he's played in this season, Hilton has scored five TDs and has averaged 5.3 catches and 60 receiving yards per game.

It appears unlikely he'll be able to return for Sunday's contest against the Jaguars, but Reich is leaving the door open once again. Not ruled out, but unlikely to play
Coach Frank Reich acknowledged Wednesday that it's unlikely Hilton (calf) will play this weekend against the Dolphins, Mike Wells of ESPN.com reports. "I don't ever want to count him out until we absolutely have to," said Reich, who wasn't yet willing to declare the wideout inactive for the contest.
Analysis: With that, Hilton -- who won't practice Wednesday -- can be classified as doubtful for now, but there's a pretty solid chance that he'll ultimately be listed as out on the Colts' final Week 10 injury report. Assuming that's the case, the team's wide receiver corps this Sunday will feature Zach Pascal, Chester Rogers and Deon Cain, given that Parris Campbell (hand) will also be unavailable Sunday. On track to miss Week 10
Coach Frank Reich said Wednesday that he doesn't expect Hilton (calf) to be available for Sunday's contest against the Dolphins, Kevin Bowen of 1070 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Hilton hasn't been officially ruled out for the game, but the fact that he won't practice Wednesday doesn't provide much hope for him being ready to play by the weekend. The star wideout suffered a non-contact calf injury in practice Oct. 30, the severity of which could sideline him for as long as 3-to-4 weeks. With Parris Campbell out with a fractured hand, the Colts may be forced to rely on Zach Pascal, Chester Rogers, Deon Cain and Ashton Dulin to carry the load at wide receiver in Week 10.

Sidelined by non-contact injury
The calf issue that could sideline Hilton three-to-four weeks was a non-contact injury that the wideout sustained at Wednesday's practice, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: The report notes that neither surgery nor a stint on injured reserve is expected to be an outcome for Hilton, per Erickson. That said, Hilton's anticipated multi-week absence means that the Colts will turn to Zach Pascal, Parris Campbell and Chester Rogers to head their wideout corps for the time being, with Devin Funchess (shoulder) a candidate to help out down the road if he's reinstated from injured reserve.
