Moved to IR, ending season
The Saints placed Ingram (knee) on injured reserve Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Ingram suffered an MCL tear in a Week 13 loss to Tampa Bay, likely leaving him with a recovery and rehab timeline of 4-to-6 weeks. He's now officially ruled out for the remainder of the regular season, and he might not be ready for the start of the playoffs even in the highly unlikely scenario that the Saints earn a spot. New Orleans is left with Eno Benjamin, David Johnson and Dwayne Washington as its depth options behind top running back Alvin Kamara.

Out at least four weeks
Ingram (knee) suffered an MCL tear during Monday's loss to the Buccaneers and is expected to miss 4-to-6 weeks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Ingram could be done for the rest of the season, with the Saints only having four more regular-season contests after their Week 14 bye. The best candidate to replace the veteran running back as the No. 2 option behind Alvin Kamara may be Dwayne Washington, though the team also has David Johnson and Derrick Gore on the practice squad.

Inefficient in defeat
Ingram totaled seven rushes for 27 yards and caught all five targets for 22 yards during Monday's 17-16 loss versus the Buccaneers.
Analysis: Ingram totaled double-digit touches for the first time since Week 4, as he struck a balanced workload with No. 1 running back Alvin Kamara (12 carries, two receptions). However, both running backs failed to produce any explosive runs against Tampa Bay's defense. Ingram also went down on the field after being tackled near the sideline early in the second half, which caused him to be evaluated in the Saints' medical tent, according to John Hendrix of SI.com. While he managed to return, New…read more

Logs full practice
Ingram (foot) was a full practice participant Friday.
Analysis: Ingram is set to handle his familiar role as Alvin Kamara's backup for a second straight week, after missing three games with an MCL sprain. He got four carries for 10 yards in his first game back, while Kamara had 13 touches and Taysom Hill took seven. Kamara did lose two fumbles in the game, and it's possible Ingram gets more work if the ball-security issues continue Monday night in Tampa Bay.

Dealing with foot injury
Ingram (foot) was limited at practice Thursday.
Analysis: Ingram put an end to a three-game absence this past Sunday in San Francisco after tending to an MCL sprain, playing 30 percent of snaps on his way to four carries for 10 yards and no catches on his only target. Meanwhile, Alvin Kamara (13 touches) and tight end Taysom Hill (seven touches) got more work than Ingram out of the backfield. Ingram has exchanged the knee injury for a foot issue this week, so his status will be one to watch as the Saints continue to prep for Monday's visit to Tampa…read more

Active in Week 12
Ingram (knee) is active for Sunday's Week 12 clash against the 49ers.
Analysis: The veteran running back will make his return following a nearly four-game absence when factoring in Ingram played only five snaps before suffering his injury in Week 8 against the Raiders. Ingram will slot back into his usual role as a complementary option behind Alvin Kamara in an unenviable matchup against a 49ers defense allowing an NFL-low 64.0 rushing yards per home game.

Questionable to return this week
Ingram (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
Analysis: Limited practice participation Wednesday through Friday leaves Ingram truly questionable ahead of the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. He missed the past three games with an MCL sprain and might only be the third rushing option behind Alvin Kamara and Taysom Hill if he plays this weekend. Ingram's replacements, Dwayne Washington and Jordan Howard, combined for five touches over the past three games.

Limited again Thursday
Ingram (knee) was listed as limited on Thursday's practice report, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: Ingram appears to be closing in on his first game action since Week 8, as he's managed back-to-back capped showings this week. If he's able to gain clearance to play following a three-game absence due to a sprained MCL, it'd be fortuitous timing with the Saints' top running back Alvin Kamara unable to practice Thursday due to an illness. If Kamara is limited or out Sunday at San Francisco, Ingram would be the biggest beneficiary if he's able to ditch his injury designation.

Returns to practice
Ingram (knee) returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant.
Analysis: Ingram missed the past three games but may have a shot to play this Sunday against the 49ers. The matchup is a tough one on paper, and Taysom Hill may be the No. 2 rushing threat behind Alvin Kamara more so than Ingram, the nominal No. 2 running back. Ingram isn't likely to offer much value this season without Kamara missing time.

Out another week
Ingram (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Analysis: With Ingram missing a third straight game, the Saints are left with Dwayne Washington and Jordan Howard behind Alvin Kamara, the latter of whom played 88 and 79 percent of snaps the past two weeks. Ingram hasn't practiced since suffering a Grade 2 MCL sprain in a Week 8 loss to the Raiders.

Idle for another practice
Ingram (knee) wasn't present for Thursday's practice, Terrin Waack of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: Ingram hasn't practiced in any fashion since being diagnosed with a Grade 2 MCL sprain of his knee following the Saints' Week 8 win over the Raiders. Unless he makes a surprise appearance at practice Friday as a limited or full participant, Ingram will likely be ruled out for a third straight game heading into the weekend. Not ready for practice
Ingram (knee) didn't practice Wednesday, Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: Ingram missed the last two games and likely will miss another week or two, though he hasn't yet been ruled out for this Sunday's game against the Rams. Alvin Kamara has played nearly all the running back snaps in Ingram's absence, though it hasn't amounted to much with the Saints struggling to hold possession in two straight games.

Officially out for Week 10
Ingram (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game in Pittsburgh, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Given that Ingram was diagnosed with an MCL sprain after exiting the Saints' Oct. 30 win over the Raiders and was facing an expected recovery timetable of 3-to-4 weeks, he was never considered likely to miss fewer than one game due to the injury. After Ingram failed to practice in any fashion this week, it's thus no surprise that he'll be sidelined for a second consecutive game. Absent from practice
Ingram (knee) wasn't spotted at the Saints' practice session Thursday, Terrin Waack of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: The Saints estimated Ingram as a non-participant during Wednesday's walk-through session, and it looks as though he'll maintain that listing when the team holds a more formal practice Thursday. Given that he suffered an MCL sprain in the Saints' Week 8 win over the Raiders that is expected to sideline him multiple weeks, Ingram's lack of practice activity comes as little surprise. He'll most likely be officially ruled out for Sunday's game in Pittsburgh at the conclusion of Friday's practice.

Not practicing
Ingram (knee) is listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: The backup running back missed Monday's loss to the Ravens and likely will be out for at least another game or two after suffering an MCL sprain Oct. 30. The Saints used Dwayne Washington as their No. 2 running back with Ingram out Monday night, though Washington didn't get many chances in a game where Baltimore dominated possession and Alvin Kamara was able to play 88 percent of offensive snaps.

Out for Monday
Ingram (knee) won't play Monday against the Ravens, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: Ingram is expected to miss 3-to-4 weeks after spraining his MCL in last Sunday's win. While Dwayne Washington might see more time spelling Alvin Kamara, it's also possible the team will call up long-time veteran Jordan Howard, who could be a good candidate for the similar types of carries that Ingram got to begin the year.

Likely to miss time with MCL sprain
Ingram (knee) suffered an MCL sprain during Sunday's blowout win over the Raiders and is expected to miss 3-to-4 weeks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Ingram could be a candidate to land on IR for a minimum of four games, depending on the Saints' internal estimates of his return timetable. That could provide Dwayne Washington with an opportunity to step into the No. 2 running back spot behind Alvin Kamara, though perhaps the true beneficiary of increased opportunities would be Taysom Hill, who saw a season-high 10 carries for 61 yards versus Las Vegas.

Won't return Sunday
Ingram (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Raiders, Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: Ingram caught his only target for two yards and didn't record a rushing attempt before leaving the contest in the first half with a knee injury. Alvin Kamara has been dominant Sunday, but Ingram's absence may lead to increased running opportunities for the versatile Taysom Hill.

Injures knee Sunday
Ingram was forced out of Sunday's game against the Raiders with a knee injury.

Inefficient in primetime
Ingram rushed four times for six yards while securing all three of his targets for 16 yards during the Saints' 42-34 loss to the Cardinals on Thursday.
Analysis: Ingram matched his lowest total of the season with four carries during Thursday's matchup, and he was held under 10 rushing yards for the first time this year. While he slightly propped up his fantasy results with an 11-yard reception late in the fourth quarter, it was a discouraging performance from the 32-year-old after he racked up 57 yards from scrimmage last week. The Saints face another tough run defense in the Raiders in Week 8.

Will play Thursday
Ingram (knee) doesn't have a designation for Thursday's contest at Arizona.
Analysis: Despite being listed as a limited practice participant Monday through Wednesday by a knee issue, Ingram will be available to the Saints offense Week 7, as he has been for all six games on the campaign. Overall, he's averaging nine touches for 36.3 yards from scrimmage per game while scoring one touchdown, but for a third straight outing Ingram will be playing second fiddle to Alvin Kamara out of the backfield.

Reps capped in practice
Ingram (knee) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice.
Analysis: Ingram is tending to the knee issue after logging nine carries for 46 yards to go with an 11-yard reception while playing 24 snaps in Sunday's 30-26 loss to the Bengals. The Saints are facing a quick turnaround for Week 7 with a Thursday night game in Arizona, but Ingram's ability to take the field in some capacity Tuesday bodes well for his chances of being available as the top complementary option to top back Alvin Kamara.

Dealing with knee issue
Ingram (knee) was listed as limited on Monday's estimated practice report.
Analysis: Ingram is among four Saints skill-position players to take the field for all six contests on the campaign, with a range of 22 to 47 percent of the offensive snaps and five to 13 touches per game based on the available personnel on a weekly basis. Overall, he's averaging a shade over 4.0 yards per carry and scored one TD, but he's played second fiddle to Alvin Kamara the last two games. Gains 57 yards on 10 touches
Ingram rushed nine times for 46 yards and caught one of two targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 30-26 loss to Cincinnati.
Analysis: Ingram was able to find more success on the ground Sunday after struggling with a similar workload against Seattle last week. The results have been too inconsistent for the veteran through six weeks, and starter Alvin Kamara (25 touches for 124 yards) appears to be healthy and productive after a slow start to the campaign. Ingram would only be worth starting in Week 7 if Kamara was somehow unavailable with a short turnaround against the Cardinals on Thursday Night Football.

Makes little of nine carries
Ingram rushed the ball nine times for 16 yards in Sunday's 39-32 win over the Seahawks.
Analysis: Ingram slipped down the depth chart due to the return of Alvin Kamara (ribs). However, he was also overshadowed by Taysom Hill's four-touchdown effort. As a result of Hill's success, Ingram's role in the Saints' offense could decrease, particularly because Ingram has totaled only 64 rushing yards across his last 24 carries.

Overcomes injury scare
Ingram recorded 10 carries for 30 yards in Sunday's 28-25 loss to the Vikings. He added three receptions for 13 yards.
Analysis: Ingram missed a portion of the second half and was spotted in the injury tent prior to spending time in the locker room, per Erin Summers of Bally Sports New Orleans . However, he managed to return to force a near-even split of carries with Latavius Murray in the absence of Alvin Kamara (ribs). Even barring injury, the Saints appear to be hesitant to turn the backfield over entirely to Ingram, as he has tallied 10 carries in both of the games that Kamara has missed this season.

Set for expanded role Sunday
Ingram is in line for an expanded workload Sunday with Alvin Kamara (ribs) inactive, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: As Triplett notes, Latavius Murray is up from the practice squad and also available to help fill in for Kamara, while the Saints will also use Dwayne Washington versus Minnesota. That said, look for Ingram to see enough work Sunday to represent a Week 4 alternative for those rostering Kamara or simply looking for some short-term backfield help.

Finds end zone in Week 3 loss
Ingram rushed five times for 18 yards and a touchdown but wasn't targeted in Sunday's 22-14 loss to Carolina.
Analysis: Ingram returned to a complementary role with Alvin Kamara back from a rib injury, but that role still included goal-line work, which Ingram made the most of in the third quarter by getting the Saints on the board with a five-yard touchdown run. With only five touches in each of the two games in which Kamara has played this season, Ingram will likely see limited volume in Week 4 against the Vikings in London barring a setback for the lead back.

Solid in expanded role Sunday
Ingram (ankle) rushed 10 times for 60 yards and brought in both targets for three yards in the Saints' 20-10 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
Analysis: The veteran back comfortably led the Saints in rushing with an expanded role courtesy of Alvin Kamara's (ribs) absence, but game script eventually limited his opportunities late. A lost fumble at the Buccaneers' nine-yard line late in the third quarter was also a back-breaking miscue, but Ingram looked refreshingly effective against what is usually one of the stingiest run defenses in the league when he had the ball in his hands. Playing Sunday
Ingram (ankle) is listed as active Sunday versus the Buccaneers, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: Meanwhile, Alvin Kamara (ribs) isn't available, meaning Ingram, Dwayne Washington (hamstring) and Tony Jones are the Saints' available running backs Week 2. Under normal circumstances, Ingram would be in line for significant touches in Kamara's absence, but both he and Washington were limited in practice Wednesday through Friday. Questionable for Sunday
Ingram (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ingram was able to log limited sessions during Week 2 prep, which can't be said for the Saints' top running back Alvin Kamara, who didn't practice Thursday or Friday. Both Kamara and Ingram are questionable for Week 2, but the latter has a better shot to suit up Sunday given their respective activity levels this week. Ingram (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Analysis: Ingram's limited participation marks no change from Wednesday, but it's at least a promising sign for his chances of being available for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. However, the same can't be said for lead back Alvin Kamara (rib), who didn't take any practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday. Ingram recorded four rushes for 22 yards as well as a one-yard reception (one target) during Sunday's 27-26 win over the Falcons.
Analysis: Ingram was the only other running back outside of Alvin Kamara (ribs) to carry the ball for the Saints on Sunday, though he saw less than half as many total touches as the No. 1 back (nine carries, four receptions). After coughing up a fumble on his lone reception early in the second half, the secondary rusher was stopped short of the goal line on a crucial two-point conversion attempt that would have tied the game, 26-26, midway through the fourth quarter. Scores twice in tune-up game
Ingram rushed nine times for 34 yards and two touchdowns in Friday's 27-10 preseason win over the Chargers.
Analysis: Ingram capped each of the Saints' first two possessions with touchdowns of one and two yards, respectively. His skills near the goal line give Ingram some fantasy appeal, even if Alvin Kamara doesn't end up serving a suspension this season. Ingram has scored at least five touchdowns in eight of his 10 previous NFL seasons, and the Saints know they can trust the veteran when they need a tough yard or two to move the sticks or put six points on the board.

Recent reports suggest Kamara may avoid a suspension this year, but Ingram nonetheless remains of fantasy interest as the clear No. 2 option in the Saints backfield. Ingram (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers, John DeShazier of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: The veteran back already was trending toward sitting out the penultimate contest of the season, and his absence now is confirmed. With Ingram in street clothes Sunday, Alvin Kamara could see some extra work while Tony Jones is expected to fill in as the primary complementary backfield option.

Improving, but unlikely to play
Ingram (knee), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, is showing improvement but is considered unlikely to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Ingram's knee injury resulted in him being a limited participant in practices Thursday and Friday. If he's indeed unable to play in Sunday's contest -- which kicks off at 4:25 p.m. ET -- Tony Jones would be in line to fill in as Alvin Kamara's top backup.

Gets Week 17 questionable tag
Ingram (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers.
Analysis: Ingram was limited in both of the Saints' final two Week 17 practices due to the knee issue, clouding his availability for Sunday's divisional matchup. If Ingram demonstrates enough progress in the next two days to gain clearance to play this weekend, he would likely reclaim his usual role as Alvin Kamara's top backup. The Saints were forced to abandon the run early in their 20-3 loss to the Dolphins in Week 16, resulting in Ingram logging a season-low four carries during the contest.

Tending to knee issue
Ingram was added to the injury report Thursday as a limited participant due to a knee injury.
Analysis: The Saints may be managing the knee issue that kept Ingram from playing in a Thanksgiving matchup with the Bills. In any case, Friday's practice and subsequent report may provide some clarity into his availability for Sunday's game against the Panthers. If he's able to suit up Week 17, Ingram will continue to play second fiddle to Alvin Kamara out of New Orleans' backfield.

Season-low four carries
Ingram rushed four times for 17 yards during Monday's 20-3 loss to Miami.
Analysis: The Saints seemed likely to lean on the run since they were down to fourth-string rookie quarterback Ian Book. However, an injury-depleted offensive line possibly negated those plans, and Book's inability to sustain drives with his arm ultimately led to underwhelming workloads for both Alvin Kamara and Ingram, who finished with a season low in rushing attempts. Expectations should probably remain low for this backfield unless Taysom Hill and/or Trevor Siemian is able to clear COVID protocols…read more

Receives 11 touches in return
Ingram (illness) rushed nine times for 10 yards and caught both of his targets for eight yards in Sunday's 9-0 win over the Buccaneers.
Analysis: Ingram was reinstated from the reserve/COVID-19 list earlier this week after missing the club's Week 14 contest against the Jets. The veteran back nearly split touches with starter Alvin Kamara (11 to 13), and neither back was able to do much against a stout Tampa Bay rushing defense. The latter is the more-desirable fantasy asset in what is shaping up to be a timeshare heading into next Monday's matchup against the Dolphins, with Ingram likely needing a trip to the end zone to warrant…read more

Back from COVID-19 list
The Saints reinstated Ingram (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Katherine Terrell of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ingram was placed on the list Dec. 8 after testing positive for the virus and wasn't available for the Saints' Week 14 win over the Jets as a result. Fortunately for New Orleans, lead back Alvin Kamara (knee) returned from a four-game absence for that contest and looked healthy while handling 31 touches. Ingram will likely cut into Kamara's workload now that he's been activated ahead of Sunday's game in Tampa Bay, but the former likely won't be in store for enough volume to remain relevant in…read more

Heads to COVID-19 list
The Saints placed Ingram on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Jeff Duncan of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ingram tested positive for the virus, and while he's reportedly vaccinated, he'll still face a tight timeline to return two negative tests in order to gain clearance prior to Sunday's matchup with the Jets. If Ingram is out and Alvin Kamara (knee) misses another game, the Saints will be left with Tony Jones, Ty Montgomery and Dwayne Washington as backfield options on the active roster, while running backs Josh Adams and Malcolm Perry reside on the practice squad.

Pedestrian production as lead back
Ingram (knee) rushed 10 times for 28 yards and brought in one of two targets for minus-2 yards in the Saints' 27-17 loss to the Cowboys on Thursday night.
Analysis: Ingram once again served as the lead back with Alvin Kamara (knee) sitting out a fourth straight contest. The veteran back couldn't come close to the production he'd generated in his first two starts in Kamara's stead, when he'd posted 108 and 113 total yards in Weeks 10 and 11, respectively, before sitting out the Week 12 Thanksgiving loss to the Bills. Slated for leading role Thursday
Ingram (knee) is in line to be the Saints' lead running back Thursday versus the Cowboys with Alvin Kamara (knee) again sidelined, Mike Triplett of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Ingram sat out the Saints' Thanksgiving loss to the Bills due to swelling in his knee, but the issue didn't impact his practice reps this week. The potential existed for Kamara to end a three-game absence after he was listed as limited on all three injury reports this week, but ultimately his MCL sprain will keep him in street clothes. Lead role awaits
Ingram is expected to serve as the Saints' lead back Thursday against the Cowboys with Alvin Kamara (knee) listed as questionable for the contest but not expected to play, Amie Just of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: Like Kamara, Ingram was sidelined for last week's Thanksgiving Day loss to the Bills due to a knee injury, though Ingram's bout with knee inflammation was much less of a concern than Kamara's MCL sprain. Will carry load if Kamara sits
Ingram (knee), who practiced fully again Tuesday, is prepared to handle all the work out of the Saints backfield Thursday against the Cowboys, Amie Just of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: After sitting out a Thanksgiving Day loss to the Bills due to swelling in his knee, Ingram is ready for game action this week, but the same can't be said for Alvin Kamara. On the heels of missing three games in a row with an MCL sprain, Kamara logged back-to-back limited listings on Saints injury reports Monday and Tuesday, but it's unclear yet whether he's trending toward a return. Ingram (knee) was a full participant in Monday's practice.
Analysis: After developing swelling in his knee following the Saints' 40-29 loss to the Eagles in Week 11, Ingram was unable to gain clearance on a short week for a Thanksgiving Day game against the Bills. Though he was being treated as a game-time call leading up to the Saints' eventual 31-6 loss, Ingram was ultimately inactive for the contest along with top running back Alvin Kamara (knee), which allowed Tony Jones (16 carries for 27 yards) to lead an unproductive ground attack. Takes part in practice Sunday
Ingram (knee) participated in the open part of practice Sunday, Mike Triplett of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Sunday's session is unofficial, as the Saints won't release a Week 13 injury report until Monday due to their next game taking place Thursday against the Cowboys. However, it's a good sign that both Ingram and Alvin Kamara, who has missed the last three games due to a sprained MCL, are trending in the right direction. If both players are able to return for Thursday's contest, Kamara likely would take on his leading role out of the backfield, with Ingram relegated to complementary work.

Not suiting up Thursday
Ingram (knee) is listed as inactive Thursday against the Bills, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: With Alvin Kamara missing a third consecutive game due to a sprained MCL, Ingram typically would be in line to cover for him out of the backfield. But Ingram also is dealing with a knee injury, which includes swelling and a meniscus issue, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Status not looking good
Ingram (knee) is likely to be one of 14 starters that won't suit up for the Saints during Thursday's game against the Bills, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports.
Analysis: Glazer's report falls in line with an earlier report from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network suggesting that Ingram faced an "uphill battle" to gain clearance to play. Tony Jones is likely next in line for work out of the backfield, but Glazer also reported that Ty Montgomery would be moved back to running back from wide receiver to provide additional depth.

Status murky for Thanksgiving game
Ingram (knee), who is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Bills, "has a chance" to play, but he faces an "uphill battle" to gain clearance ahead of the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: If he's active, Ingram will likely be in line for his third consecutive start with Alvin Kamara (knee) already ruled out for the contest, but the former's status for Thanksgiving Day is still firmly up in the air while he contends with his own injury. Ingram (knee) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game versus the Bills.

Analysis: Meanwhile, backfield mate Alvin Kamara, who also is nursing a knee injury, appears to have sat out practice entirely. Analysis: After being limited on Monday's practice estimate, Ingram joined top back Alvin Kamara (knee) as a non-participant Tuesday, leaving the statuses of both players in question as Thursday's game against the Bills approaches. Considering Kamara has missed two straight games and hasn't practiced in any fashion since Nov. 17 due to an MCL sprain, he's the less likely of the two backs to suit up Thanksgiving Day, while Ingram's status is murkier. The Saints listed Ingram as a limited participant on Monday's estimated injury report with a knee issue.
Analysis: Ingram apparently is banged up in the aftermath of Sunday's 40-29 loss to the Eagles, during which he picked up a second straight start and accounted for 113 total yards on 22 touches (16 carries, six receptions). Strong all-around showing in loss
Ingram rushed 16 times for 88 yards and brought in six of eight targets for 25 yards in the Saints' 40-29 loss to the Eagles on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
Analysis: Ingram easily paced the Saints in carries and rushing yards while also notching a team-high amount of receptions in another start for Alvin Kamara (knee). The versatile veteran has demonstrated he has plenty left in the tank this season with his work in both Houston and New Orleans, and with a Week 12 matchup against the Bills on Thanksgiving night just four days away, Ingram could well be in line for a third straight start in Kamara's stead.

Ingram was the lead back from the jump in Tennessee last week, though Montgomery took a handful of snaps in the backfield before injuring his finger late in the first quarter. Analysis: Ingram stepped up as the lead back for the Saints in the absence of Alvin Kamara (knee) and handled 14 of the team's 21 total rushing attempts. He wasn't particularly effective on the ground, with the exception being a 13-yard touchdown rush late in the third quarter. Analysis: Kamara was unable to practice this week due to what was called a mild knee sprain. Ingram rushed nine times for 43 yards and caught five of five targets for 21 yards during Sunday's 27-25 loss to Atlanta.
Analysis: Technically in the starting lineup over Alvin Kamara, Ingram was involved early and often both on the ground and through the air. Of course, Kamara went on to handle the majority of the touches, but the split between he and Ingram was modest considering Ingram saw only four fewer carries and two fewer targets. Ingram relayed to Katherine Terrell of The Athletic on Friday that he "of course" expects to suit up Sunday against the Buccaneers.
Analysis: Prior to his trade from Houston to New Orleans becoming official, Ingram signed an extension with the Texans through the 2022 season, according to Field Yates of ESPN. Ingram thus is slated to be Alvin Kamara's primary backup for the foreseeable future. What Ingram's workload entails remains to be seen, but considering Kamara is averaging 23.2 touches per game the former may not get more than short-yardage work in his first game action with the Saints since 2018.

Analysis: Ingram was traded from the Texans to the Saints on Wednesday, and it appears as though he'll be able to take the field for New Orleans right away. The 31-year-old should serve as the primary backup to Alvin Kamara, especially while Tony Jones (ankle) is on injured reserve. Headed back to New Orleans
The Saints agreed to acquire Ingram from the Texans on Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Ingram, who had been leading a backfield committee in Houston along with David Johnson and Phillip Lindsay, is now slated to work behind the Saints' undisputed top back, Alvin Kamara. Given his previous experience in New Orleans along with the team's need for depth behind Kamara, Ingram profiles as a good fit in real-life term. Analysis: The Texans grabbed a 5-0 lead early in the second quarter on the backs of Houston's defense, which produced a safety then a short field that turned into a 53-yard Ka'imi Fairbairn field goal. Until that point, Ingram and the Texans' running game did little and finished with 42 yards and a 2.8 yards-per-attempt average. Ingram rushed 18 times for 73 yards and caught both of his targets for another eight in Sunday's 31-3 loss to Indianapolis.
Analysis: Ingram continues to see plenty of volume, having handled at least 14 carries in four of Houston's first six games. Despite the heavy workload, he hasn't found the end zone since Week 1, and Ingram's 4.1 yards per carry in this one actually marked a season high. Ingram recorded 16 rushes for 41 yards in Sunday's loss to the Patriots.
Analysis: Ingram accounted for 16 of the team's 24 rushing attempts and remains the clear leader of the backfield. However, that failed to translate to fantasy production, as his longest rush of the day went for eight yards and he averaged only 2.6 yards per carry. For the season, Ingram has failed to top 41 yards on the ground in each of his last four contests heading into a Week 6 matchup against the Colts.

Ingram carried the ball six times for 24 yards in Sunday's Week 4 loss to the Bills.
Analysis: Ingram led the team in attempts and yardage, though he continued to split work with David Johnson, Phillip Lindsay and Rex Burkhead. Since totaling 85 yards and a touchdown in Week 1 against Jacksonville, Ingram has combined to produce only 86 yards combined across his last three games.

The veteran would appear to have clear possession of the lead-back role at the moment -- Phillip Lindsay logged one more carry Thursday yet averaged under 1.0 yard per tote -- but he could certainly find running room at a premium again in a Week 4 road matchup against the Bills on Sunday, Oct. 3 due to rookie quarterback Davis Mills not presenting…read more

Analysis: The Browns invited Mills to throw, and he completed just eight of 18 passes for 102 yards in the Week 2 loss. When Mills was on the field, Houston's ground game came to a halt, with the team gaining just 27 yards on 14 carries. Ingram rushed 14 times for 41 yards and secured one of two targets for minus-1 yard in the Texans' 31-21 loss to the Browns on Sunday.

Ingram had 26 carries for 85 yards and one touchdown and couldn't haul in his only target during Sunday's 37-21 win versus the Jaguars.
Analysis: There was some question regarding how a backfield populated by Ingram, Phillip Lindsay, David Johnson and Rex Burkhead would pan out, but the former easily handled most of the touches among the quartet (26 versus 15 combined for the last three). Ingram's efficiency was another matter, as he managed just 3.3 yards per rush. But Lindsay (3.1 YPC) and Johnson (3.3) didn't fare much better behind the Texans' offensive line. Could get the axe
Ingram could find himself on the wrong side of the Texans' roster bubble once the preseason concludes, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: There's no hard intel here, but rather idle speculation based on the fact the Texans are deep at running back. The additions of Phillip Lindsay and the recently signed Rex Burkhead to the 53-man roster could leave Ingram as the odd man out. A move to Houston should lead Ingram to some carries, but he'll likely enter camp behind David Johnson, who restructured his contract just last week. Johnson now has $4.25 million guaranteed out of a potential $6 million in 2021 compensation, so there's no question the Texans made more of a commitment to him than to Ingram. Waived by Ravens
Ingram has been waived by the Ravens, Ryan Mink of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Ingram became an afterthought in team's rushing attack as the 2020 season progressed, with J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards emerging as the team's lead backs. The Ravens will save $5 million against their 2021 salary cap with the move. The 2011 first-rounder will now look to catch on elsewhere after finishing up his second campaign with Baltimore with 72 carries for 299 yards and two TDs in 11 games, to go along with six catches for 50 yards.

Expected to be released
Ingram has been informed by the Ravens he will be released on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Ingram was a frequent healthy scratch in the later half of the Ravens' season and is owed $5 million next year, so this is not a surprising outcome. He posted career-low numbers across the board in 2020, ending the campaign with 299 yards and two touchdowns on 72 rushing attempts. It looks like the 31-year-old will have to look for a new opportunity in the offseason.

Expected to be inactive
Ingram is on track to be a healthy scratch for Saturday night's divisional-round playoff game against the Bills, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: This anticipated outcome isn't surprising, considering Ingram was inactive for last Sunday's playoff opener against the Titans. Per Schefter, the veteran running back is "fully healthy and is said to understand that this is a business decision for Baltimore due to salary-cap considerations." Ingram will be an option in the event that the Ravens advance, but versus Buffalo, the team's backfield is in line to feature J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards, with Justice Hill in reserve.

Production falls off in 2020
Ingram had 72 carries for 299 yards and two touchdowns in 2020 and added six catches for 50 yards over 11 games.
Analysis: The veteran's production fell off a cliff after an impressive first season with the club in 2019. Ingram had a consistent role early in the season until suffering an ankle injury in Week 6; he had 50 carries for 225 yards and two touchdowns in that span but then missed five of the next 10 games. By the time Ingram got healthy, J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards had solidified themselves as the clear top two options in the backfield. Available Week 17
Ingram (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Analysis: The 31-year-old wasn't expected to play Sunday despite being listed as questionable, yet he'll be suiting up for Week 17. Gus Edwards (back) and J.K. Dobbins should continue to lead Baltimore's backfield, so Ingram is unlikely to be much of an offensive factor.

Unlikely to suit up Week 17
Ingram (illness), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, isn't expected to suit up, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: The report doesn't specify where exactly Ingram stands in his recovery from the illness, but the veteran had already been a healthy inactive in both of the Ravens' last two games. With Gus Edwards (back) listed as questionable but expected to play Week 17, Baltimore should have each of its top three running backs available for the regular-season finale. As a result, look for Ingram to once again find himself as the odd man out.

Ingram (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals after logging a full practice Friday.
Analysis: Meanwhile, Gus Edwards (back) is listed as questionable after being limited at practice Friday. Even if Ingram gains clearance to play this weekend, he would likely need for Edwards to sit out in order to avoid the inactive list. Ingram (illness) isn't participating in practice Thursday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ingram's ailment isn't related to COVID-19, as he previously tested positive for the coronavirus in late November. He missed one game while waiting to clear the league's health and safety protocols, but shortly after returning to the 53-man roster, Ingram lost hold his starting role to J.K. Dobbins. Ingram didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness.
Analysis: Ingram has been a healthy inactive in consecutive games, so if he can't overcome his illness in time for Sunday's game in Cincinnati, the Ravens' backfield plans likely wouldn't be affected. J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards have clearly established themselves as the Ravens' top running backs.

Sitting out again Week 16
Ingram (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants.
Analysis: He'll be a healthy inactive for the second straight week, as J.K. Unless one of Dobbins or Edwards misses time with an injury, Ingram may not see the field again this season.

Healthy scratch Sunday
Ingram (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Analysis: The veteran tailback played only one offensive snap last week against the Browns and now finds himself as a healthy scratch for this weekend's contest. Gus Edwards has established himself as Baltimore's secondary back behind J.K. Dobbins, and Justice Hill's work on special teams makes him a more valuable option for the depth role. Phased out of game plan
Ingram logged no touches while playing just one of the Ravens' 60 offensive snaps Monday in the team's 47-42 win over the Browns.
Analysis: Ingram's role within the Baltimore offense had already been declining steadily since he returned to action Week 10 following a two-game absence due to an ankle sprain, but Monday represented a new low for the 30-year-old. He played fewer snaps than any of the other running backs on the 53-man roster, as all of J.K. Dobbins (37), Gus Edwards (16) and Justice Hill (six) outpaced him. Ingram rushed six times for 28 yards and caught his lone target for a one-yard gain in Tuesday's 34-17 win over the Cowboys.
Analysis: After being activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list over the weekend, Ingram picked up the start against Dallas, but he still found himself third in the pecking order at running back. He finished with just 11 snaps on offense, behind both J.K. Dobbins (21) and Gus Edwards (18). Analysis: Ingram remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list and therefore hasn't resumed practicing with the team, but his presence at the facility suggests his return to the 53-man roster is imminent. Considering Ingram has been away with the team since testing positive for COVID-19 on Nov. 23, the Ravens may not be counting on him to handle a major role even if he gains clearance for Tuesday's game against the Cowboys. Week 13 status to be determined
Ingram (illness) and fellow running back J.K. Dobbins (illness) didn't play Wednesday as part of a "medical decision," Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. "Are they physically ready to go where it's related to the COVID? Or physically ready to go to play in a game like that without practice? Those are all the things that doctors take into consideration," coach John Harbaugh said Thursday.
Analysis: Ingram tested positive for COVID-19 on Nov. 23 and he theoretically could have played Wednesday, but Harbaugh's comments suggest that the lack of practice time made that infeasible. Ingram could be back for Tuesday's game against Dallas if he's able to log some practice time, however. Dobbins is in a similar situation, and if either he or Ingram is not yet at 100 percent for Tuesday, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill stand to take on most of the backfield work.

Analysis: The pair tested positive for COVID-19 early last week, but the new postponement pushing the contest from Tuesday to Wednesday opens the window for them to be available. Ingram carried the ball two times for two yards in Week 11 against the Titans.
Analysis: Ingram was out-carried by J.K. Dobbins 15-2 as his role in the offense continues to diminish. Since returning from an ankle injury that cost him two games, Ingram has received just seven carries and two targets across two contests. Still, given that the veteran running back is nursing a mid-to-high left ankle sprain, it's no lock that he'll be ready to face the Steelers on Sunday. Gus Edwards and J.K. Analysis: His 30-yard TD run in the fourth quarter ended any thought Houston might have had of mounting a comeback, but Ingram didn't do much else on the day, and Gus Edwards surprisingly led the Ravens in rushing yards. With rookie J.K. Dobbins coming off a big debut last week and Lamar Jackson also getting heavy usage on the ground, Ingram's production could remain erratic all year, but if he gets a healthy workload he could deliver a strong return in Week 3 against a Kansas City defense that just gave…read more

Quiet debut to 2020
Ingram ran for 29 yards on 10 carries during Sunday's 38-6 win against the Browns.
Analysis: Coming off his third 1,000-yard rushing campaign of the past four seasons, Ingram's 2020 fantasy outlook may be trending downward following Week 1 developments. It was expected that J.K. Dobbins would cut into the veteran's workload this year, but the rookie's goal-line usage forebodes a potential decrease to Ingram's 15 total touchdowns from 2019 -- a critical factor to his fantasy utility. Game flow may have reduced Ingram's touch count in Week 1 with Baltimore carrying a three-possession…read more

Facing more competition
Ingram is expected to retain his starting job, but the workload could vary from week to week, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ingram landed in the 12-to-16-carry range in 12 of his 15 regular-season games last year, consistently operating as the lead back ahead of Gus Edwards. The addition of second-round pick J.K. Dobbins makes things a bit more complicated this season, and while the Ravens are a decent bet to lead the league in rushing again, it's also fair to assume Lamar Jackson will account for a big chunk of that production. Now entering the second season of a three-year, $15 million contract, Ingram isn't…read more

Anticipates playing into mid-30s
Ingram believes he can play at a high level for at least four or five more years, Tom Valente of the Ravens' official website reports.
Analysis: It's an optimistic assessment for a 30-year-old running back, though Frank Gore has shown that it isn't impossible. Ingram could be aided in meeting his goal by virtue of having spent most of his career in committee backfields, maxing out at 230 carries and 58 catches in 2017. He didn't reach 200 touches until his fourth pro season, and he's averaged 232.8 per year since first hitting that mark. Ingram said he's been able to do most of his usual training work at home this offseason while he…read more

Feeling better after resting
Ingram said Wednesday that his injured calf feels better now, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Ingram suffered the injury Week 16 and was limited to a season-low 29 percent snap share in his next appearance, a 28-12 loss to Tennessee on Jan. 11 in the divisional round of the playoffs. It isn't clear if he'll play in Sunday's Pro Bowl, but he should be healthy before the start of the Ravens' offseason program in the spring, when he'll enter Year 2 of a three-year, $15 million contract. Struggles with calf in upset loss
Ingram (calf) rushed six times for 22 yards and brought in one of two targets for nine yards in the Ravens' 28-12 divisional-round loss to the Titans on Saturday.
Analysis: Ingram came into the contest dealing with the calf injury he'd originally suffered in Week 16 against the Browns, and it wasn't exactly smooth sailing Saturday. Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports Ingram was on the sideline for at least one late first-half drive with his calf wrapped, although he was able to return and play in the second half, albeit sparingly. However, the sparse usage appears to have been at least as much a product of a game script that saw Baltimore unexpectedly trail the…read more

Back in action Saturday
Ingram (calf) is listed as active Saturday against the Titans.
Analysis: Ingram practiced just one time (Friday) since straining his left calf Week 16, but the session was enough for the Ravens to give him clearance to return for the divisional round. There's a good bet he leads the team's running backs in snaps, but Lamar Jackson will be his dynamic self as a passer and rusher, and Gus Edwards also is on hand for reps. As a result, Ingram may not reach the 15.2 touches per game he received during the regular season.

Likely to play Saturday
Ingram (calf), who is listed as questionable for Saturday's divisional-round game against the Titans, is slated to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Ingram missed the Ravens' regular-season finale to rest a tight calf, and after the team's bye, he was unable to take part in the first two sessions of this week. Having said that, he was limited Thursday, which seemingly will be enough for him to be out there Saturday. Such a decision will be made about 90 minutes before the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but ultimately it remains to be seen how much work he'll be able to handle. Gus Edwards is next up for touches behind Ingram.

Logs limited practice
Coach John Harbaugh said that Ingram (calf) was limited at practice Thursday.
Analysis: With regard to the running back's status for Saturday's playoff game against the Titans, Harbaugh noted "we'll see how it goes." Based on that comment, it seems likely that Ingram will be officially listed as questionable for Saturday night's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. If Ingram ends up limited or out this weekend, Gus Edwards would be in line to see added touches out of Baltimore's backfield, as was the case Week 17, when he logged 21 carries for 130 yards while subbing for Ingram.

Returns to practice Thursday
Ingram (calf) is participating in Thursday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Ingram has resumed participating in on-field drills for the first time since injuring his calf Dec. 22. According to Daniel Oyefusi of The Baltimore Sun, the veteran running back worked on the side during the portion of Thursday's practice open to the media. The extent of Ingram's practice activity won't be officially disclosed until the Ravens release Thursday's injury report, but even a limited session would represent notable progress heading into Saturday's NFC divisional matchup against the…read more

Still not practicing Wednesday
Ingram (calf) isn't participating in Wednesday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ingram hasn't practiced in any official capacity since sustaining a calf injury Week 16. While it's possible that the Ravens are taking a cautious approach to the veteran running back's recovery, he'll almost certainly need to resume on-field work in at least a limited capacity Thursday to have any chance of suiting up in Saturday's divisional-round tilt with the Titans. In the event that Ingram is sidelined, offensive coordinator Greg Roman said that Gus Edwards, who carried the ball 21 times…read more

Sits out first postseason practice
Ingram (calf) wasn't present for Tuesday's practice, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Analysis: Though Ingram's left calf strain kept him sidelined for a meaningless regular-season finale Dec. 29 against the Steelers, coach John Harbaugh expressed optimism the running back would be ready to go coming out of the Ravens' first-round bye in the postseason. Coach John Harbaugh relayed Friday that Ingram (calf) is on track to play in the Ravens' Jan. 11 playoff opener.
Analysis: Harbaugh indicated that the running back is expected to practice at full speed next week, which sets the stage for the Ravens to welcome Ingram back to the lineup after he missed the team's regular-Dec. 29 season finale due to a strained left calf.

Sits out Friday's practice
Ingram (calf) didn't practice Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: It's not surprising that the Ravens proceeded cautiously with Ingram, given that they have a first-round playoff bye. Look for the running back to return to the field in some capacity next week, as the team begins its preparations for a Jan. 11 divisional-round contest versus a yet-to-be determined opponent.

Does not practice Tuesday
Ingram (calf) did not practice Tuesday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: The Ravens did not have much reason to put Ingram out there Tuesday with a day off Wednesday and over a week until their next game, so it's difficult to read too much into the absence. Ingram was able to do some running drills Monday, and if he practices at some point before this week comes to a close, that will be a good sign for his chances of returning to action in the divisional round.

Able to resume running
Coach John Harbaugh said Ingram (calf) looked good during a running workout Monday.
Analysis: Ingram suffered the injury Week 16 and was held out Week 17, with the Ravens hoping a bye can help him avoid any additional missed time. The team has a practice scheduled for Tuesday, and it isn't clear if Ingram will be ready to participate. Baltimore's next game will be played Jan. 11 against the Texans, Bills or Titans.

Confident about status for playoffs
Ingram (calf) indicated Thursday that he's confident he'll be ready to play in the Ravens' playoff opener, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Per the report, the running back was "initially concerned because he heard a little pop in the back of his calf," but it now appears as though Ingram avoided a serious injury and he'll now aim to play following the first-round playoff bye that his team earned. With Ingram out Sunday against the Steelers, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill are slated to head the Ravens' Week 17 rushing attack.

Officially out for Week 17
Coach John Harbaugh officially ruled Ingram (calf) out for Sunday's game against the Steelers.
Analysis: According to Harbaugh, the MRI that Ingram underwent Monday revealed a "mild-to-moderate calf strain," so the Ravens won't take any chances with their top running back in a meaningless regular-season finale. With Ingram idle Week 17, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill should share the load at running back, with the latter projecting as the greater pass-catching threat of the two. Likely eyeing postseason return
Ingram, who strained his left calf in Sunday's 31-15 win over the Browns, is expected to sit out the Ravens' Week 17 matchup with the Steelers before potentially returning for Baltimore's first playoff game, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: The Ravens secured the AFC's No. 1 overall seed in the postseason with Sunday's victory, so Ingram may have been in store for inactive status or at least a limited workload in a mostly meaningless regular-season finale even if the injury hadn't intervened. Ingram's calf strain now makes it an even easier decision for the Ravens to withhold him from Week 17 action, but don't expect coach John Harbaugh to offer confirmation on the running back's status until after the results of his MRI are…read more

MRI on tap
Ingram, who suffered a calf strain in Sunday's 31-15 win over the Browns, was sporting a walking boot on his left leg after the game and is slated to undergo an MRI, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: On the plus side, coach John Harbaugh relayed with regard to the running back's calf injury that "there's no kind of structural issues or anything like that. His calf was cramping. We'll just have to see (Monday) to what degree, to what extent that means." Suffers strained calf
Ingram suffered a calf strain in Sunday's 31-15 win over the Browns, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: With the Ravens having clinched the AFC's No. 1 playoff seed, the team can afford to proceed cautiously with Ingram in advance of next weekend's game against the Steelers. Dealing with calf injury
Coach John Harbaugh doesn't believe that the calf injury Ingram suffered Sunday involves any structural issues, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Analysis: More about the running back's injury should come to light Monday, but keep in mind that the Ravens have clinched the No. 1 playoff seed in the AFC, so there's a possibility that the team could rest or limit key players like Ingram next weekend against the Steelers, in any case.

Rock-solid complementary effort
Ingram rushed 13 times for 76 yards and a touchdown and brought in one of two targets for a 10-yard score in the Ravens' 42-21 win over the Jets on Thursday. He also logged a two-point conversion rush.
Analysis: Ingram found himself in the end zone frequently Thursday, with his six-yard rush midway through the first quarter opening the scoring on the night for both teams. The veteran also notched Baltimore's final score of the night on a 10-yard reception on the fourth quarter, his fourth receiving touchdown of the season (all within the last five games). Analysis: Ingram struggled against a strong Buffalo run defense as he finished with 3.3 yards per carry. He contributed as a pass catcher, finishing second on the team in receiving as he still achieved a respectable total of 79 yards from scrimmage. Ingram has surpassed 60 rushing yards just once over the last five games and hasn't reached the end zone since Week 12. He'll look to get back on track Thursday against the Jets.

Out-rushed by Jackson in win
Ingram rushed 15 times for 59 yards and caught both of his targets for three yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over San Francisco.
Analysis: Ingram was overshadowed on the ground by quarterback Lamar Jackson, who rushed for over 100 yards and successfully called his own number from one yard out in the second quarter. Still, Ingram got 15 of the 22 carries by Ravens running backs and has carried the ball at least 12 times in all but one game this season. The veteran running back will retain a prominent role in what will be a smash-mouth Week 14 contest in Buffalo.

Steamrolls Rams in rout
Ingram rushed 15 times for 111 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 45-6 win over the Rams. He also caught his lone target for a seven-yard touchdown.
Analysis: Ingram punished Los Angeles in the running game, averaging nearly 7.5 yards per carry while ripping off a long of 25. For his first score, however, Ingram dove in from one yard. He then doubled his touchdown tally with an angle route during the second half, surprisingly giving him three scores through the air over the last two weeks. Ingram rushed 13 times for 48 yards and secured three of four targets for 37 yards and two touchdowns in the Ravens' 41-7 win over the Texans on Sunday.
Analysis: Ingram had a rather ordinary day on the ground but made up for it with his first pair of receiving scores of the season. The veteran made a particularly nifty move on his 12-yard touchdown grab early in the fourth quarter by putting on the brakes to let a defender fly by before continuing to the end zone. Ingram will look to build on his fruitful performance against the Rams in a Week 12 Monday night interconference matchup.

Scores in blowout win
Ingram ran for 34 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 49-13 win over Cincinnati.
Analysis: Ingram barreled into the end zone for a one-yard score to cap off Baltimore's second drive of the game, his eighth of the season. The veteran back hasn't always been particularly efficient this season, but he's topped 70 total yards or scored in all but one game in 2019 and Sunday's blowout was the first time this season that Ingram didn't record at least 13 touches. He's a steady start week-to-week, but he will face off against a pretty stout Houston run defense next Sunday.
